As it's a CUPP franchise, the quality and taste are exceptional.You can't go wrong when ordering from CUPP.We got Warm Vanilla Milk Tea with Tapioca and Rose Warm Milk Tea with Tapioca. Both very nice and not too sweet. You won't taste any syrups!

Came to try a tea from this place as I've seen them around and wanted to compare to other places.I got a pineapple tea with jelly and it was fairly good. The large cup size is bigger than usual and they're very generous with the topping. Drink was quite sweet but it was a fruit flavour, definitely tastes like standard boba tea if you know what I mean (similar to Chatime).The girl serving was nice and friendly and the drink top seal was easy to break which I always appreciate! Overall I'd say give this place a go - it's not the best but not bad at all.

I rated this a three because the customer service was good but the tea was not so good. My first experience of a bubble tea was here and I hated it. I got a mango milk tea and you could only taste a hint of mango however the whole thing was absolutely saturated with water. The second time I tried their bubble tea I went with my sister who had a Raspberry fruit tea while I had matcha milk tea. The matcha tea was still saturated however the Raspberry tea my sister had tasted really good. The third time I came there I chose the Raspberry tea thinking it would taste the same as before but it was heavily saturated and I was completely disappointed. One good thing about their tea is that there is lots of boba toppings which was the only thing I could enjoy. I'm not sure if it's the ice or if the water content they add varies on who makes it but I hope this will change. Thank you.

Thai milk tea was so terribly sweet. Gave feedback and asked if they could make it less sweet but was sadly denied:( Really unpleasant experience.

Brown Sugar Milk was amazing, though a little bit too sweet. Taro was pleasant tasting but the best drink would be the Wintermelon Milk Tea!
