I wish I could do zero star,the customer service over phone is horrible.They change your appointment date and time to their own wish no regard for customer needs if one is able to take time off work or not at sudden change of appointment by them .Plus one of the lady over phone was horribly rude to me left me in tears ,still i have ethics not to post her name publically .Please avoid this place as many other ultrasound options available.Getting refund was another nightmare.

I’d would have given 5 stars if the receptionist hadn’t revealed the gender of my son when we asked for to be kept secret from us. Apart from that the lady doing the scan was so lovely, warm and super welcoming. Nice clean and quiet premises. The scan room it’s self is amazing! Brilliant size, nice and dark with beautiful smelling candles! I’d visit again that’s for sure.

Lovely receptionist and the lady doing our scan couldnt have been more helpful. Went to have a gender scan as they couldn't tell at our 20 weeks appointment and even though baby was still in an awkward position, she managed to get it for us. Would 100% recommend, came away with the biggest smiles -Thankyou!

Don't use this company. They took my deposit then was closed on the day stating the person was stuck in traffic but never informed myself or others who were stood outside waiting. I asked for a refund and they stated 5 working days however 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. I chased the payment and was told they would get a Manager to call me. No call and when I chased again they told me another 5 days. Still no apology and when I asked for the persons name they wouldn't give it! Awful Customer Experience

We went for a scan last week, the scan looked really poor quality and she told us she couldnt see the baby and therefore couldn’t give us a 4D scan. We were offered a re scan, which we came too. Again quality looked poor and was again told she couldn’t see the babies face and that they wouldn’t offer any further re scans. £95 for absolutely nothing. Even the black and white scans were worse than NHS. Really disappointing.

Excellent service. Ultrasonographer called Steve is very professional, taking his time to ensure the baby is fine and offer future parents plenty of explanations and also re assurance. He is the best ultrasonographer that I have visited during my pregnancy. Very kind as well.Also the lady at reception, called Jinty was lovely welcoming us and even given me a little gift for the baby, at my last ultrasound.Highly recommended. Prices -affoedable as well.

I had 3 text messages & 2 missed calls, all between 19:20-19:30, and an email at 19:29 cancelling my appointment for the next day. 6 minutes to confirm my appointment before it was cancelled. No other communication from them all day.Save the stress and anxiety and book elsewhere.I'd give 0 stars if I could

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend at all!I had a private scan for £60 and purchased a heartbeat bear for £20, only later that afternoon within a few hours whilst we were having a family meal the heartbeat was accidentally recorded over as there is a switch inside caught so easily when the bear was pressed by family to listen to babys heartbeat, I was devastated and contacted the clinic to make them aware of the problem and ask if they could please re-record the heartbeat for us as we were not advised that this could happen so easily.I was just told I would need to book and pay for another scan for them to record the heartbeat again, no other option was apparently available. I was not wanting another scan just the heartbeat to be recorded again. I was basically called a liar and told this was not possible however it clearly is, I was accused of removing the recording device and recording over it. Why would I do this and then ask that they record it again?The bear did not leave my sight and was only passed around for about 10 minutes and therefore I know for a fact the device was never removed.I am so disappointed at this company and the lack of compassion or assistance to resolve the issue. As I said I did not wish to have another scan but simply have my babys heartbeat in the bear like we had paid for.

Awful company with disgusting customer service operatives. They have promised video clips of the 4D bonding scan and never got the recordings. Do not recommend doing your pregnancy scans here as it's a waste of time and money.

Highly recommend baby bond preston for scans. We have been for a number of scans through different pregnancies. It is a very professional service. Easy to book, very organised on arrival. Friendly and warm staff who put you at ease. Excellent experience in the scan, everything clearly explained. Pictures printed and copies of pictures and videos sent to download. Faiza Zahoor was amazing, lovely with my little boy involving him, made for a really special moment, thank you!!
