Jan 13 (Friday) I was involved in an incident at Crewe Crematorium at 2:30pm, the ambulance was called whilst I was unconscious, the Crew brought me round and took me to A&E, I was well taken care of, I would like the crew to know how much me and my family are very grateful for their expertise. I eventually was released at 8pm same day,You may also have me on record at Wealock Farm when I came over faint and the ambulance crew were two ladies, they took me to A&E and treated me well, all this after a I suffered a TIA in April 2016,Thank you very muchArthur Rigby
