Great brokerage.

Based on our experience we advise that you do not ever do business with this company. Our company paid for a cyber insurance policy. They failed to incept the policy with Hiscox despite receiving payment of the premium from us. We discovered this a year later when we came to renew via a different broker the Hiscox policy. Then when we raised this they initially stated that the policy was live. Having finally accepted the error they offered to simply refund the premium 15 months after receiving payment from us. Then when we make an official complaint to Financial Ombudsmen they failed to pay the interest amount awarded. The service" we experienced from them has been nothing less than disgraceful for a very simple insurance policy request and we suggest you use a broker who is capable of fulfilling their responsibilities."
