If, and that's a big if you can get to see a GP then they are very helpful, however the receptionists appear to have an aversion to picking up the phone, which makes any contact very difficult!

A lot better now that spirometry tests are now available after COVID,because these are a vital requirement that need to be carried out annually or biannually

Initially had high hopes but shocking service since. Complaint logged and then ignored until chased. Now told can wait 6 months or more for a response. Very poor and obviously have no interest in taking on board feedback as a way to improve the patient journey.

It would be no star if I could, I went up today, Tuesday, the 10th of October and it’s closed for a training day. No mention on the answerphone of this. It’s also showing on the Internet that it’s open!!!, Also no mention that the mase surgery in Rothwell is also closed. That also says it’s open on the Internet

Rung on 11th September and get told next available appointment is 18th October - no wonder people ring and ask for emergency appointments when its not an emergency - advised to try online PATCH service to check new released appointments this makes no sense so they have appointments they do not release until a certain day - I have tried to use this service and it just sends a message to the surgery it gives me no option to book an appointmnet

The lack of respect and empathy from certain (not all) reception staff is disgusting. From being on hold for 30 minutes at a time your told to call back and then to be told there’s no emergency appointments for a very poorly 2 year old and to call 111 or take her to a walk in centre. There’s never any appointments at the manse and doctors seem to be working from just lofthouse now. And to the very un polite receptionist who hung up on me mid conversation I’ll be making a full complaint and changing surgery.

When you can eventually get to see the Doctor they are really caring & helpful..... just unfortunate about the poor attitude and unwillingness to help you from certain receptionists

Never have I been at a better doctors, the receptionist are so polite and helpful, appointments are usually always available.I had to leave this doctors for a few years as we were out of the catchment area and believe me I missed them terribly, by far the best doctors around as my new doctors was hell on earth! Luckily I moved back and couldn't be happier.Doctors are helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to 5 star all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Getting appointments here is impossible! You have to join a mad dash at 08:00 or 13:00 and constantly get told there are no appointments left. The doctors ask you to book another appointment whilst your there, but the receptionist then tells you she can only give you dates when the doctor is working and you have to call in 2 weeks before to try get an appointment. Why do they insist on making it hard for working parents to get seen!? Just book appointments??

Worst doctors, got an appointment at the doctors for an ear infection to just be laughed at by the doctor, saying “why because your ear hurts”I don’t go to a doctors to be made to feel an idiot, I want help and advice and pain relief to help with it.
