Kings Heath Car Wash Valeting Centre and Tyres

They car is still not clean after they wash it, it's a very rushed wash, I won't waste my time coming here again

This is a good car wash been here twice now when i visit the cemetery next door.Our car is a medium size car Seat Arona but they think it's a large so we have to tell them.All good though will be back.

Very good clean my car well

First had my car cleaned here in January 2019 and the result was outstanding. For the £15 (no.3) service, the car was fully cleaned inside and out. The car smelt fresh and the plastics and seats were left in an exceptionally clean condition.Unfortunately, it appears that I either got lucky on my first visit or that the service isn’t consistent. Following visits have left the car only partially clean with some interior left untouched which is very disappointing. Seems to make a difference which staff are working as some appear to be keen to provide the best service possible and will take the time to carry out a thorough clean whilst others appear to do the minimum required.

Great service, car has never been so clean and shiny. Staff are very pleasant and very efficient.

They've changed who runs it since the last time I took my car there. The previous service was brilliant, but the first time I've used them since, they lost the remote to the gate of my drive. The car was a suffocating smell of car polish that lasted days too, so not great on multiple fronts.

Yes the car comes back reasonably clean... But the staff who work here are THIEVES. Little things go missing from our car every time we've taken it here - spare change in the glovebox, charging cable, parking permits... My parents took their car here when visiting and their residents parking permit was taken. What the hell are they going to do with a Peak District resident permit in Bham?? Cost my parents £50 to replace it tho! We do not use this place anymore.
