Do not buy from this company if you want to received your purchase!They were awful on the phone, claimed you have hung up even though you specifically said to the person you were busy at work, could you call them back, to which they replied they would email, not sure where in that I hung up!They accused dpd of being the problem yet I receive dpd parcels at least once a week and have never had a problem. They do the complete opposite of what the customer wants. They said they would request a redelivery to THEM, then send it back out to me. How does that make sense? I asked them to check if my parcel would be at a local pick up shop today (which they requested be done if you are not in, bizarre) instead of doing this they requested it back to themselves!Completely bizarre way of dealing with a customer. They run away from the problem and panic, instead of asking the customer what they want.
