Alarm at Hampson and Harvey solicitors was going off continually throughout our stay, couldn't get a wink of sleep

The day before a 5 night stay I got an email from the apartment telling me that they had to cancel my booking with no explanation of why. I had emailed several times in the time leading up to my stay and had no replies. It emerged that despite us being 4.5 months into the pandemic the unforeseen circumstances relate to issues with having cleaners sent to the property to have it cleaned down properly". They also failed to inform me that the booking company were arranging altenative accommodation so I didn't find this out until I had already booked and paid for (£200 more) and arrived at the new accommodation - which was obviously too late. Been told I will also have to wait 12 business days for my refund."
