On Google reviews I believe that there some unfair comments about a company. But after dealing with many companies in renovating properties. Company Blue LTD were very helpful. There product was the best priced on the market. Lastly the people that work there went out there way to help me collect the item on the weekend even though they are not open for business. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you again.

***** FIVE STAR SERVICE *****I've purchased a couple of heated towel rails from Company Blue this year....I got the measurements for one of them completely wrong but they were happy to replace the item with no quibbles.Excellent customer service and I'm very happy with the quality of the goods I purchased.I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again :-)

Only a small item purchased (pair of chrome cover caps for radiator) but delivery was fast, communication and quality of product excellent. The fit was perfect and they look far better that the exposed bleed valve. Can't fault this product or the service.

Bought chrome towel rail, it stopped working after 8 months. They are trying to tell me that it was not installed by a professional so the warranty is not valid. It was installed by a professional and worked for 8 months. I have sent numerous emails but they will not budge. My advice do not buy from this company it’s a tin pot operation.

Towel Rail arrived on time but unfortunately the heating control unit was damaged. I phoned the company and they immediately responded with a prepaid label to return the unit. Once they received the item they sent me a replacement which worked fine. Was impressed with the speed and response of service.

Don't buy from this company or there sister company. Bought and fitted rad last January 2017. Started to leak June 2018, asked for a refund because its under there 10 year warranty but was told no. Going to court to get money back, don't trust there product its not British made there goods come from Spain. Don't buy from them you get treated atrociously.

Great Customer Service. I bought a chrome towel rail from Company Blue via Amazon and it arrived on time - to the hour. It was exactly what I had ordered but I found a small defect in the chrome plating. Company Blue couldn't have dealt with it any better - their customer service guy (I never found out what his name was) was polite and, after an initial conversation through Amazon and sending him some photos, he dealt with getting me a replacement delivered within 3 days. That's good service and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
