We went into the store yesterday and I was served in the fitting room by a lady called Sarah she was brilliant at giving verbal directions as I am visually impaired very helpful and she also said if you need any more help please let me know this makes a huge difference thank you Sarah

I went into the Wakefield store yesterday to buy some petite jeggings. I have always rated New Looks petite range as a 5ft 1in small lady. I was told that New Look no longer offer a petite range in store as it doesn’t sell?? They confirmed that they had some petite jeans upstairs. I found a really small choice of jeans/jeggings that had standard sizes mixed in with them, they were with the clearance items in what looked like a charity shop. I am really disappointed by this, basically if you aren’t 5ft 11in with long legs you aren’t considered relevant! I won’t be shopping in New Look anymore, I know that won’t bother New Look as I’ve already said I’m irrelevant!! This review has been posted by my wife.

I visited the store today and they had some very nice clothes and the shoe section is really and its on the next level of the store they have a lift if have a wheelchair back of the store also the store is very spacious and very tidy

The shop used to have a decent selection for men unfortunately this has decreased massively to the point we're it is primarily a kids and women's clothing shop. Staff are friendly and service is quick from passed experiences but unfortunately I do not recommend this to customers looking for men's clothing as it doesn't exist. A real shame because the men's section had some nice quality clothes when it had one.
