I'd read about the benefits of colonics so decided to try it a couple of years ago.Linda was brilliant, explained what would happen and made me feel completely at ease. Since then I've been seeing Linda regularly and truly believe in the benefits of colonics.Highly recommended.Thank you Linda!

I wish I'd visited the clinic years ago to have hydrotherapy! Linda is a total professional and really makes you feel at ease. If you're just thinking of having the treatment or feel a little nervous about it, don't be! As I've been getting older, I've been worried about getting cancer of the colon like my Dad did years ago, and I've also suffered with the dreaded IBS for the last 20 years. After the first treatment I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and my stomach felt better than it had done in years! Another thing I should mention is that the clinic is very chilled and there's no waiting room as such with loads of people going in and out so you feel very relaxed. The treatment room is spotless and you are made to feel very welcomed. Linda goes through the treatment thoroughly so you know exactly what's going on and her expertise and knowledge shines through. If you are thinking about treatment please don't be frightened, honestly, there's nothing to it. You'll feel so great afterwards you'll be booking your next appointment before you leave!

Being a man I was very skeptical about the idea of having a colonic irrigation, not knowing fully what it entailed or any sort of understanding as to what the procedure would be like. Straight away Linda made me feel at ease and very comfortable. She informed me a great detail about the procedure, explaining what exactly she would do. I learnt so much about my colon system and how certain body parts function. I’m a professional Ballet Dancer touring with Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake and I had been experiencing lower back pain and tightness on the right side of my stomach. Straight away during the treatment my lower back felt freer and my stomach felt less bloated. I can’t believe I’ve left it so long to see Linda. I’ve already booked an appointment for January, as I truly believe this treatment works. If you’re a guy and you are questioning whether to have a colonic with Linda, I’d say don’t hesitate, book an appointment ASAP.

I have had regular colonics for nearly 20 years and have been seeing Linda for colon hydrotherapy for over 7 years. During these 20 years, I have had colonics with many different practitioners from all across the country. From this experience I can easily say that Linda stands out as the best. So many of the other practitioners I have seen have failed to get a ‘result’. But not Linda, she is the expert.Linda is outstanding in her field for a number of reasons;• her technique (to put it bluntly, that stool has to come out and Linda gets it out)• her in depth knowledge of the bowel, digestion and their associated health conditions• her attention to her patient, her understanding of their condition and her genuinedesire to help• her professionalismLinda uses the gravity fed system rather than a machine and I can tell you that this set-up is far superior to the machines that so many therapists use now. Gravity gives a much better result and this combined with Linda’s technique is what makes it work so well. The set-up of Linda’s equipment ensures that there is no odour nor any embarrassment. It is a closed loop system where the waste is never in the open at any time. Hygiene is of paramount importance to Linda and her clinic is absolutely pristine. On a personal level, Linda is kind and warm and instantly puts you at ease. After a colonic with Linda all my bloating and discomfort in my abdomen goes and I feel very relaxed. I can see the difference getting rid of all the toxins makes the next morning as my skin is very clear and the under-eye area is much less dark in colour.I believe that having a colonic is the best thing you can do for your health. All the toxins are flushed away and this is such a relief for all of your bodily systems. The colonics also sort of ‘reset’ my bowel, my movements are much better and more regular after a colonic.I can understand the trepidation of someone considering a colonic for the first time. I was shaking with nerves before my first one! Let me just say that Linda is the best choice and she will put you at ease. There is really nothing to fear and the procedure does not hurt. You will feel so much better afterwards.

Linda Booth of Just For Tummies came very highly recommended to me in 2013 when I was experiencing ongoing stomach issues. After a positive phone consultation we met very quickly for the first time in the November and I instantly felt comforted and supported with the knowledge that Linda was not only very highly qualified and experienced in her profession but she genuinely cared about my health.Linda has guided and helped me complete over 13 Liver cleanses, ridding myself naturally of gallstones. Without her I have no doubt my gallbladder would have had to be removed.I visit on a monthly basis for colonic and have done for over 4 years, I couldn't and wouldn't be without this treatment.I've used all of the Just For Tummies supplement range, the Live Bacteria and the Digestive Enzymes are my daily products and I have used these with noticeable positive benefits for at least the last two years. When going abroad I take these and the Activated Charcoal and to date haven't experienced any nasty tummy bugs which before was a regular occurrence.Linda's knowledge and around the clock support is invaluable to me and I couldn't recommend herself and her wonderful products more highly.

After suffering with awful IBS (c) for the last 17 years, I didn't think it was possible to feel normal and healthy again, until I came across Linda and her clinic online. Linda is a lovely lady, she is a very experience and professional therapist who is extremely knowledgable in her area – what she doesn't know about digestive health isn't worth knowing! She conducts the treatment very discreetly and makes you feel at ease throughout the hydrotherapy procedure. The clinic is beautifully clean and you're made to feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door! After two sessions, including hydrotherapy and talking about my general health and diet, I can definitely say that I haven't felt this good since my problems began. I would recommend Linda to anyone who is suffering from similar conditions to seek her out as soon as you can!

I have been seeing Linda for several years for colonics which help me with IBS and have recommended her to friends and family without hesitation. Linda is professional and experienced and I have total confidence knowing that I am in safe hands when I go to see her. She is discreet and puts you completely at ease with her warm personality. She has a wealth of knowledge on digestion and related health problems and is always happy to talk to you about any concerns you have - I'm always amazed at how much she knows. Her treatment room is immaculate as well as being a warm and friendly environment and Linda is someone that you feel comfortable with straight away.Having a colonic always makes me feel more energised and, of course, there's the flat tummy which is always nice. I highly recommend colonics with Linda.

Runners with abdominal pain please read!I have had a nagging pain in the left side of my groin area for the best part of 2014. As a runner I had a half marathon, a 15 mile race and a marathon all planned for this year. The pain initially started during my Silverstone Half Marathon training. I managed to complete it but it was agony. I pulled out of my full marathon training as the pain was unmanageable. I had MRI scans, Ultrasound scans (for a suspected hernia or tor abdominal muscle), Gait Analysis, consultations with my Osteopath, a Sports Massage Therapist and more recently with a Physio and all admitted to being beaten by it. The main strange thing was the pain wasn't consistent. I could do a long steady run and be fine one day but another day be in agony after. I could do a short faster run and be fine one day and hardly able to walk another time. And then one day I did nothing for a week due to being poorly and the area felt better until the day I decided to do something like a run and it hurt. By then I thought it must be a mental thing!I had an appointment with Linda booked for some Colonic Irrigation mainly to look after my health now I am mid forties. I have a good diet, exercise well, generally look after myself and a colonic seemed a natural extension of this. What I didn't expect to get out of this was relief of all my symptoms! Linda noticed on palpation of my abdomen that I seemed to have a lot of gas trapped and this was seen during the hydrotherapy treatment. At the end Linda mentioned I may well find my symptom's of pain in the groin as well as anal area would go away. I have to admit (sorry Linda) I was sceptical. Nothing else had worked and how could anything Linda had done would help? But after a couple of days I realised I was no longer in agony getting up from sitting, I could sprint after the dog from a standing start (before I had to ease in gently - assume waiting for endorphins to work). I still cant believe it. I did a 10 mile run the other day and all I felt was a little bit of sciatica. I am absolutely so grateful to Linda from the bottom of my heart. I can now do the one thing I love doing and am actively looking for next years marathon. Only 10 days ago I was thinking I would have to hang up my running shoes for good. Thank you Linda. You are an absolute star! xx
