Really friendly guy who carried everything for me and was very helpful.

Dropped of some clothes the gentleman was very helpful unloading the car.

Very kind, Lovly ladies.Alot of stuff there and affordable prices.

Contrary to recent reviews ive just dropped quite a few bags off and the 2 men in the doorway never acknowledged me just kept talking - i had to ask where to leave my bags - never even got a thank you or smile. This is my third experience of leaving stuff and receiving exactly the same response even though i was smiling and being pleasant. I dont expect gratitude but conmon courtesy would be appreciated.

Like the previous review I too am disappointed with the reception we received. We have donated to this charity for years and been very happy to. The staff were very curtious and very grateful for all donations we have taken. I appreciate a lot of the staff are volunteers to which I feel is a wonderful thing to do but unfortunately the last few times we have been it's been very different, just leave them there, no greetings, appreciation or thank you. The last time only a few days ago, as it looked like they were ready for closing I asked a gentleman if it was OK to drop my bags off to which I was told abruptly as he looked at his watch you've got 1 minute". I now wish at this point we had got back in the car and taken them somewhere they would have been appreciated. As we work full time it is difficult to get to drop donations off considering the opening times and unfortunately as the opening times keep changing we didn't realise the warehouse closed at 3pm. I suppose concidering this we should have checked before turning up. Unfortunately these last few visits have certainly put us off from donating to this very worthy cause."
