Avoid town and country cars on the forecourt sell unroadworthy vehicles and there warranties aren’t worth the paper they are written on if you value your time money and safety ! buy elsewhere ! There’s a reason the garage they rent the forecourt off won’t touch there cars !

Town & Country cars....I'm not a customer of this dealer but my step-son was, a yr ago. Viewed a car (alone), loved it, checked history (reasonable) bought it. The mot on purchase just flagged up a worn rear tyre. I'd have asked for this to be changed before the deal, however, my step-son is not buyer savvy & bought it as seen. The rear bumper is a completely different shade to the car & there is a nasty dent to the boot lid. Personally, I would have walked, but, the deal was done.Anyway, 12mth & 4k miles later, the car failed the mot, £600 to get it through (that's with my discount).I was amazed at the advisories that were flagged up with the reasonably low miles driven. Also a decent service hadn't been carried out upon sale as the wheels clearly hadn't been removed for a long time & had to be hammered loose from the hubs. I can't express highly enough the well know saying... buyer beware! If you don't know cars, please take someone with you who does. I wish I had gone with my step-son & steered him away from paying way over the odds.

Not happy with the service, took my car in to have the air conditioning serviced, had to take it back two weeks later as it wasn't working, they put some die in it and re gassed it again, two days later it's not working again to be told that I now need a condenser at £350, although it was working ok before just wanted it servicing. they also left screws out of the engine under tray and didn't fix the engine cover on properly. Will not use again and wouldn't recommend

The garage is called AMA not roundabouts. Roundabouts is the car lot on the same site.AMA is the same business everyone used to call roundabouts and the staff are the same people too. The business passed down from a parent into the same family.

Absolute life savers, had clutch pedal issues while travelling back from Lichfield pulled in with my hazards on. Approached the lady at the desk who promptly got a mechanic to move my car out of danger and managed to fix it for me within about 15 minutes. Which they didn't have to do because they looked very busy I can't thank the team enough!!!!

I have used them for the last 4 years and thoroughly recommend them. As well as their excellent service they are refreshingly honest because on occasions they have done an excellent repair on something when other places would have insisted it needed replacing, which obviously would have cost me a lot more.

Not a complaint about Roundabouts as we have heard excellent reviews about their service.We used Town and County car sales, next door. We were sold a car which had problems. We returned the car to be repaired, still under warranty, 1 repair seems genuine the second repair has been logged as done. However, they lied. The repair/replacement was not done. They have offered cash for repairs to be carried out by a mechanic of our choice. Which has softened the blow. Also we’ve just found out that despite the promises no Log book has materialised either! Absolute joke . I guess all I’m saying is be careful❗️

Brought a car. Had nothing but faults. Dealer had car over a week for repairs and did not repair but rode around in it instead. Stay clear they just after your money and sell dodgy cars and lie about repairs. Their MOT station is part of one of their garages so all cars pass even when unroadworthy. Not interested in car return as they know its dodgy. Go somewhere else and stay clear of these cowboys!

I feel sorry for roundabout" garage as this review is not about them but Town and County cars lichfield who use the same forcourt as them and hide under their name.I bought a Skoda octavia for 1k with apparently no issues...the belt was squeaking
