DO NOT USE THEM> They've taken money but not provided services, their Facebook page is also littered with unhappy customers. Avoid.

They are data thief, don't allow to download or edit your own album. Just request money without any services. Never use this application or services.

They charged me twice and still my account was not upgraded! I did not know what I was signing up for.

Not fit for purpose sadly. Great concept, and easy to use for your wedding guests. However, it is incredibly buggy and even though we have the paid version we have had zero response via customer service.

Con artists - photos paid for and never showed up - disgraceful! Contact email address doesn't work, and no phone number. Do not use!!

Cool product concept, I gave a one-year membership as wedding present. What stood out to me was customer service, though: through some technical glitch (?) there was a problem with the membership. I got really nervous, as wedding guests wanted to upload their photos - the whole point of the app - and could not. I sent an email to customer services and within less than two hours I got a reply and everything was back up and running. Loved the pragmatic, quick, hands-on approach by customer services and the easy, personal communication.

This morning, I woke up in a panic to discover that I had an email saying that my account was deactivated and just yesterday I was still asking friends and family to upload as I paid for 6 months unlimited download and storage. I found the contact and I spoke to new owner Steve who kindly reactivated the account including an extra at no extra cost. Very good customer service and such a good to get all the photos from your special day. Thank you Steve!!
