Auld Manse Guest House

Just stayed at the Auld Manse for the second time. I stayed there for the first time about 2 weeks ago and was so impressed that as I settled my account I booked to return for my latest stay.As I walked into my room there was an air of freshness, the towels were lovely and soft. The breakfast was fantastic. What more could you want!

This place is really clean and tidy with a very smart dining room for breakfast. The bedroom and en-suite were small but so was the price. The en-suite had very modern fixtures and fittings which made the most of the available space. If you have a large car like me you may find parking in front of the building results in the car sticking out onto the pavement. The surrounding side roads have plenty of unrestricted parking if it's a problem. There's a large choice for breakfast including cereal, fruit, yogurt and a full cooked breakfast.

Rob and Glenda are excellent hosts. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed the best breakfast I have had in a BnB. Make sure that you book a room at the back of the BnB to avoid traffic noise if you are a light sleeper. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed there during october 2022. The twin room was a little bit small but really nice, clean and confortable. Really good host and amazing breakfast served by a friendly staff. Price really convenient... Highly reccomended!

Have stayed at this BnB before and had abslutely no hesitation about returning!Tastefully furnished very comfortable bed,shower a little bit small but nice and hot Superb breakfast menu,beautifully cooked!!

It was really great to revisit the Auld Manse Guest House in Perth again. I had not been there since the lockdown and was glad to see that the friendly original hosts Robb and Glenda were still in charge and the standards were as high as ever. Glenda makes one of the best traditional, Scottish breakfasts anywhere! Both my friend, Jacky and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can happily recommend it to others.

Very nice room, bathroom was separate but was very nice and clean, breakfast was really good . The hosts were friendly and very helpful I would stay here again.

This lovely traditional Guest House is in a good location, with caring professional hosts offering a warm welcome, even late at night. On site parking; the most comfortable bed, soft sheets, cosy duvet, pillows & blackout blind for a great sleep. Bijou size shower-room is retrofit set into the bedroom, although small it's modern and very clean. Serene green and white decor in room 8 with interesting local art.No visitor/tourist info in room, and no sign of WiFi password.Comprehensive tourist info in reception area though.Delicious filling breakfast from a menu of locally sourced ingredients and homebaked toast, served in formal dining room. It made a good start to my day and I will definitely stay again as it's a fair budget price, convenient, clean and relaxed.

Absolute gem: Friendly owner, easy check in, free Wifi, free parking, clean & cosy room that smell fresh, love the calming green theme wall paint. Have not tried the breakfast yet, based on past review, I am sure I will not be disappointed

Stayed 2 nights here and found room to be spotlessly, clean, comfortable, bright and airy. Amazing breakfast, excellent hosts and superb value for money. The location is great for town, sightseeing and Scone Palace. Bonus with parking on site. Will definitely return.
