The entire experience with Sam and Access4Lofts Stafford was excellent, from quote to completion. Sam arrived when he said he would (a rarity for tradespeople I have discovered), and took care to explain every option available. I opted for an enlarged loft hatch, a three section aluminium ladder, and boarding across the main section of our loft; along with an electric light.Having priced all the individual components ourselves, I knew the price quoted was very fair.The job was completed on the agreed dates, Sam took care to protect the areas he was working in and was thorough in cleaning up behind him.Overall I am delighted with the service and have no hesitation in recommending Sam to others considering having similar work done.
