Pulborough Paddles

We are a family of 4, our children are 7 and 10. We rented a four man canoe for two hours. It was a great experience, the canoe was in excellent condition and the river was beautiful. We even stopped for a swim! Thank you Pulborough Paddles. Hope to see you next year.

We had a fantastic day paddling. Simon could not have been more friendly and helpful getting us life jackets and helping us and our children into the canoe. We were two adults and two young children and allfitted perfectly. A lovely relaxed atmosphere and a great pub next door for food afterwards. Free parking right outside and toilets and ice creams on the site. Simon and Zoe had thought of everything. We will definitely be coming back, such a great day out.

Such a perfect afternoon out, we had so much fun, highly recommend the setting at Pulborough paddles, friendly & easy to set off and come back too. We will be going again!

We hired two canoes for two hours and had a lovely time paddling down the river. We are a family of five so had 3 in one boat and 2 in the other. The weather was lovely and canoes were very easy to manoeuvre along the gentle river. Simon, Zoe and their kids were very friendly and helpful. They provided life jackets, a waterproof bag for belongings and even a sheet listing local wildlife to spot as we went along.A really lovely morning had by all, topped off by a roast at the pub next door afterwards. Only regret is that we hadn’t done it sooner! We’ll deffo be back!

Amazing magical day. We hired allKayaks, paddles boards and canoes. All great quality. Easy to find. Wonderful branding / signage. Truly brilliant communication, advice and help throughout. These guys can’t do enough for you. They have great energy and are a giggle. Wonderful location and joinery up the Arun. Loved it. Definitely go back again! Best hire on the Arun!!!!

This was quite possibly the loveliest family day out this summer. Such a stunning location and excellent service and a really fun inclusive activity for all the family. Simon and his daughter were so welcoming. They fitted us with life jackets and explained all we needed to know. We have been wanting to get a canoe/ kayak for a long time but they are expensive and big to store and transport. Hiring from Pulborough Paddles was just so easy. We turned up had fun, handed it back and then had a drink at the pub next door. We will definitely be hiring again.Thank you Pulborough Paddles. You really made our bank holiday Monday!

We hired a canoe for a couple of hours and had such a good time. The owners are really friendly and helpful, provided lots of useful info including wildlife spotting sheets. The river was the perfect place to canoe, so quiet and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back!

Easy location to find. The self service was simple. All equipment was out ready for us to use. Good location on the water and a there is a pub 50 meters away should you want to grab a bite to eat or drink.
