Absolutely appalling. I was on bereavement leave when the invoice was generated. After I came out of this I was the who chased to pay the invoice. After only two days receiving the invoice on the post they are threaten to get debt collector involves. This company needs to resend reminders as we are busy people with lives, not the patients!

Thoroughly unprofessional charlatans. Sadly, their behaviour reflects badly on the professionals whom they represent. Those professionals need to know what a terrible impression Medserve gives their practice.Following a consultation at the beginning of August, I left to go on holiday. August is the month in the year when most people go on holiday; I am not unusual. I had not been asked to pay anything at that point, I did not know how much to expect, and no invoice had been sent. When I returned from holiday two weeks later, I found the invoice in the letter box. It demanded payment by 18th August, 14 days after the date of the invoice, which is unusual - normal settlement is 30 days, not that I would ever dream of taking that long; I always pay my bills on receipt.The 14 days began on the date of the invoice, a Friday, so the earliest it could possibly have been received by me would have been the Monday (in reality probably the Wednesday, leaving therefore only 10-12 days to pay ! When I returned from holiday, I paid the invoice electronically immediately on 26th August, just three weeks after my consultation, prior to which I did not even know how much to pay or to what bank account.On 29th August, I received a PAYMENT OVERDUE notice which was not even a month since the medical consultation, despite having paid the invoice in full !These people behave the same way as loan sharks, including threats of extra administrative charges.I should add that I never agreed to a 12 day payment period or extra administrative charges. I have written to these sharks and told them what I think of their practices which are unprofessional and leave a nasty taste in my mouth about the otherwise thoroughly professional, cordial and expert consultation which my wife received.

Last year ! Yes last year September I attended Blackhealth BMI hospital and saw Dr Babu for my Son. I paid Mr Babu In cash and now march 2022 I have recieved a invoice and voicemail requesting payment! I cannot find any receipt I dont think I ever recieved anything.I'm not happy about this at all obviously now the office is closed but I will be calling them tommorow.I am not paying again.

Sent a final demand, with ZERO previous correspondence.I would assume their housekeeping on paperwork is non-existent if this is able to happen. Of course, we were waiting for an invoice, never arrived. Then after asking where it was to the practitioner, we were told it's on its way - only to get a letter making out we are avoiding or are criminal. AVOID.

Vile, disgusting company! Randomly plucked a bill from nowhere & harassed me for it constantly, threatening me with legal action, 6 months after a procedure! Never ever use anyone who has anything to do with this company!! I've still no idea where this charge has come from and am not sure if they're going to send me more threats.theyre a massive scam!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is like a shameful debt collector. If your invoice payment is several weeks late, they harass you by calling, emailing, texting with bullying tactics, threatening tone, and if it is a month late they automatically refer your account to a debt collector. Absolutely disgusted. Be warned.

Medserv chasing for a bill from well over two years ago. A bill that I don’t owe but rather my insurance policy do. However it has meant I’ve had to dig out very old paperwork etc to prove I don’t owe it. Secondly , there was one payment of £27 I owed, so they sent me a letter on how to pay it. Only option was by cheque. Nonetheless, I did this, with the exact instructions on how to pay to. Only to receive the letter back two weeks later saying we sent to the wrong person... incompetent and not professional. Stay well clear.

My consultants ‘secretary’ is not very helpful or knowledgeable. I have spoken to quite a few medical secretary’s over the years and never had someone so unwilling to help or listen. She is very abrupt and cannot wait to get off the phone. Once, when offering an alternative appointment date, which I was querying, she replied “do you want the appointment or not?” If it weren’t for the trust I have in my consultant, I would look elsewhere.
