Took my dogs there for two stays. The first was pretty long (17 days) and the other (4 days). They run a good operation there. The first time I think they threw in a free bath because my dogs definitely had a just washed odor to them. The second time was good as well. I highly recommend you book early, the kennels in Cotswold are few and far between.

As always the staff were brilliant.I left him longer than i normally would so I called half way through. I received a lovely email telling me how he was doing.Would I use them again most definitely.

We've boarded our nervous rescue dog at Charney Kennels. She was well treated by the friendly staff and comfortable with her temporary home. I've visited the kennels twice and consider it to be properly run and the dogs to be well cared for.

My first choice always for Shogun. He always seems happy to be there and to see me when I pick him up so I know he is well cared for. Lovely staff and overall highly recommended.

My dog daisy very recently stayed with charney kennels for around 8 days whilst we were away on holiday and I can't recommend them enough! Staff were really friendly and communication was great. Everything was straight forward and easy. I even emailed them to check how daisy was a few times and they replied straight back and gave me updates which was reassuring and really helped me. The fact they have an enclosed area too for dogs to go off lead was great top and daisy has come back very happy and content. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend!

6* would be given if possible - the level of care given to the dogs is exceptional in that it is tailored to your dog and staff go out of their way to ensure your dog is happy. This was our 6 month old dogs first visit and the staff were so reassuring and made sure they did everything possible to make her feel at home. They sent updates with how she was getting on with pictures included! Would thoroughly recommend Charley Kennels - thank you for giving her so much love and care!
