Appalling! What should have been a thoroughly professional and satisfactory experience (the replacement of faulty pressure reducing valves in my unvented boiler system by an excellent young plumber) - was totally undermined by the dismissive, arrogant attitude of their customer service operator who, when I dared to query the cost of replacement parts, actually accused me of lying! I hope they record their calls.So, whereas the work carried out was excellent, (I gave the young man a tip of £20 in cash, in advance of receiving their e-mailed bill) I don't feel that I can recommend this firm.I am an 80 year old, partly disabled pensioner, living very happily in a serviced retirement block.

Next house project, and I called on Mark Bishop and his team again to help this renovation. They worked to fit all plumbing, the bathroom/cloakroom/water tank.I have used this family business for several years and they remain super lovely, efficient, tidy, value for money and a great team. They have worked around changing schedules to accommodate other trades, and I am very grateful. The results are superb in a very tiny 1750's cottage!
