I would never recommend to anyone to treat their teeth there. Went for a check up without any pain or something they counted a few teeth to fill in and after a while I had terrible headaches and toothaches. However I was told by the dentist that it's nothing to be worry about. After another week being every day on strong painkillers, I came and ask to check up again and she found out that it was inflection inside those teeth.The receptionists were nasty at times, especially when I said that I'm no longer as an employee.So, if you want your teeth to be saved DON'T GO THERE NEVER!!!!!

How long must a human being wait on a check up, two years is not good enough in 2023. used to be struck off if u didn't go for check now when being seen there's no more than one dentist there

Been a patient for nearly 15 years being trying for the past 3 weeks to phone for an emergency appointment but no one is answering taking my business elsewhere wouldn't recommend

Brilliant service, seen my asd daughter straight away with sore tooth even without being registered on their books. Lovely dentist, very patient and got a good check up and referral. Would definitely recommend

Went to this dentist few days ago There was a new dentist. I think his name was Sebash. Got a great treatment from him and his lovely assistant .They done good job I was pleased. They make you feel relaxed.

Having been a patient for over ten years including being a paying patient at the start I now cannot get any appointments. My last 4 appointments over the last 18 months have all been cancelled on the day as the dentist was sick" ( 4 times?) I feel that they no longer want NHS patients but don't want to admit it.I have been trying to get an emergency appointment due to pain in the last few days which I would not have if they had honoured their previous appointments

Been waiting for 18 months on an appointment. I have had 3 appointments cancelled on me during this time. The last time I made it into the surgery but the dentist came in an hour late then took patients who came in after me. No apology and just told we will be contacted to rearrange another appointment. That was eight months ago and when I last rang up they told me to go private. They can accommodate anyone as long as you are willing to pay for Den Plan. Just give everyone a straight answer and let us know if NHS customers are no longer welcome.

Had a tooth extracted by the lovely dentist & dental nurse Nicola & Carmel. While having a tooth forcibly removed from your mouth is never a pleasant experience(and I've quite a lot of experience unfortunately) both ladies were very caring & professional, putting me at ease from the moment I entered the surgery. Nicola explained fully all the procedure involved, along with possible complications and aftercare. I could not recommend this service highly enough. All the members of staff I had contact with were also very pleasant & helpful.
