My late mother was their from 4th Feb 2016 till 11th Feb then rushed to hospital where she later died the staff was useless they didnt know her name or what she ate all they did gave her insulin when admitted to hospital she had ketoacidosis i would never send my worst enemy there to as was known as norman house also my late mother hated noise as she had vascular dementia but the staff put her in a noisy room which freaked her out all the staff were useless they even had the gall to charge my late mother taxi fare for the staff member to get back to the care home worst care home I've ever been to
