Pretty Little Nails

I’ve recently found this place and I wish I didn’t. Ive been getting my nails done for many years now and never seen such a poor quality nail designers. First time I went there was okay but I had clear gel on my nails before I started BIAB with this salon. They took the gel 80% off and put BIAB and was fine for a month as I had clear gel underneath. Second time I went they cleaned the gel completely and used just BIAB. 1 week later the BIAB started cracking and because of the cracked BIAB my nails started chipping from the side. I will add images how the crack started and how it broke my nails really badly. Third time I went to get the cracks fixed they did it for free and did the same thing instead of saving the nail and redone with BIAB! Now another week later my nail had broken really badly and I will add images. Do not wait your time and money. My nail is in so much pain because of this poor nail salon!

Excellent experience - best nail bar on the Roman. Really friendly staff and a nice environment to get my nails done. They take care good care of you and clearly take pride in their work.

You get what you pay for here. I got a classic mani at £15 for 30mins. They don’t advertise anywhere that it’s CASH only so that was annoying to discover upon arrival. Plus, the fumes of the other services next to me gave me the worst headache. It’s a bit rough, but got the job done ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have been coming here for ages and would never go anywhere else! The location and prices are so convenient and I am always happy with my nails. Kind staff that do their best to advise and make sure everyone is satisfied ☺️

I've been a loyal customer at this salon for over a year now, and it's safe to say they've won me over. Among all the local salons I've tried, this one stands out for its exceptional service. My go-to nail technician, Antony, is absolutely fantastic. Whenever I show him designs, he manages to bring them to life almost flawlessly, matching the inspiration pictures to a TBooking an appointment is a breeze, even when I call in at the last minute. The staff is incredibly accommodating, although occasionally, there might be a 5-10 minute wait even with a prior booking. However, it's a minor inconvenience considering the excellent service I always receive.The loyalty card they offer is a great perk, adding extra value to each visit. One thing I truly appreciate is that even with the simplest nail designs, I receive compliments regularly. Whether it's shellac or biab, the longevity of my nails speaks volumes about the care and attention they put into their work. My nails genuinely last and stay in fantastic condition.Overall, I can't recommend this salon enough. The consistent quality of service, the skill of the technicians, and the durability of the nail treatments make it my top choice. If you're looking for a salon that delivers on both style and substance, this is the place to be!

I’ve never left PLN not obsessed with my nails, every set I feel is better than the last and I am always so happy with them. All the technicians are so lovely and welcoming. I’ve sometimes gone in with badly bitten nails and been really embarrassed but have always been reassured and never received anything but kind service.I always get acrylic extensions with nail art, and I think I have now had my nails done by all the technicians in there and they are all so gentle, careful and have great attention to detail. I always leave so happy and can’t stop staring at my nails.They last a month and never break or chip. I leave the salon m in a great mood and with great nails.I have been going here for a year and a half now and never had a negative experience. Thank you! ❤️

I have been to this place 4 times last year after I discovered it in July.I went again for the first time -and deffo the last- this year and it couldn’t have gone worse.I booked myself in with the same person like last year. He was not in ,therefore the lady who probably is the owner of the place decided to serve me.I’ve been told that the Shellac mani & pedi only includes 1 colour, and if you wanted to have any design ( I wanted french so nothing fancy) I would have had to pay £20 extra. This is not written anywhere btw so take notes.My toenails look absolutely ridiculous and puffy for my graduation next week. The previous person, a guy did it very nicely every time I went there, and he was very gentle too and gave it a very nice square space that shaped my whole feet.This lady did not even pay attention to what I was saying about the ingrown nails I have, she hasn’t even touched it, whereas I booked for a pedicure not just shellac.My nails look lumpy, and I have been cut on minimum 2 places. I wanted french oval nails, I’ve got colourful almond shaped ones, one longer than the other. That’s not what I asked for, it’s what the lady decided to do based on my “ wide nails” . See photos below.I have always had oval nails just for the record.The place is absolutely overcrowded and they are keep taking walk ins even though they do not have the capacity to. I haven’t even been sat by the table when it came to my manicure. It was done “in the air” while i was sitting on a high chair by the wall where people get the pedicure done.Honestly, I do not understand how they can allocate with someone else instead of the person you chose. Moreover, I paid for this whole, terrific experience £65 and wanted me to pay extra £20.It’s a shame that now I need to look for another place to get my nails done next time, I did used to like the guys here a lot. Absolutely waste of money it was this time.

I highly do not recommend it. During the procedure, I paid attention to the issues that worried me, but it was downplayed. In the end, each nail has a different shapes. When I complain, the beautician tried to explain to me that it was my nails' fault. and at the end I was offered a £4 discount. Ridiculous.
