TSQ Club

Went there a few times for my friends birthday parties, mostly at the VIP zone. Great people, great vibes, great staff, especially Earn who has been taking care of us at the VIP zone, amazing services!

Scammed, didnt let me and my friends in even after we payed, got made fun of by security, mistreated by security, bouncers were extremely racist to us and one of the bouncers wanted to randomly beat me up just for trying to negotiate harmlessly. (Will sue if happens again)

One of the best club experiences l've had in London all the staff was really nice especially the recipients a lot of process to get in to the club which is understandable as they really care about the safety of the customer and the two managers was really helpful. I really recommend the place

Again, 0 star if I could. £30 CASH entry fee is ridiculous seeing the manager up the price from £10 for students before midnight, not letting in people at the front of the queue at 11.30pm until 00.40 just to force them to pay for a table or queue jump. There was plenty of room on the inside so it was for what to build up fake demand? The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Greedy business

I recently had the misfortune of encountering a staff member at TSQ Club who displayed an appalling level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. It is disheartening to see such behavior in a customer service-oriented industry, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.From the moment I entered the establishment, it was evident that this particular staff member had no interest in providing even the most basic level of courtesy. Their dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to assist customers was evident. When I approached them with a simple inquiry, their response was laced with condescension and a complete lack of respect.Not only did this staff member fail to address my concerns adequately, but they also went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Their tone of voice was offensive and their body language conveyed a clear sense of annoyance. It seemed as though any request made to them was a tremendous inconvenience.What struck me the most was their complete disregard for basic etiquette and professionalism. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue or provide any form of assistance, they resorted to sarcastic remarks and snide comments. It was abundantly clear that this staff member lacked the necessary skills to handle customer interactions with respect and dignity.Moreover, their behavior was not isolated to my encounter alone. I witnessed them treating other customers in a similarly disdainful manner. It was disheartening to see fellow patrons being subjected to such unprofessionalism and disrespect.The impact of encountering a rude staff member cannot be overstated. It tarnishes the reputation of the establishment as a whole and leaves a lasting negative impression on customers. As a result of this they lost out on £400 worth of entry tickets and drinks. The management at TSQ Club should take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that their staff members receive the necessary training to provide a welcoming and respectful environment for all customers.In conclusion, my experience with this particular staff member at TSQ Club was truly disheartening. Their rude and unprofessional behavior not only overshadowed any positive aspects of the establishment but also made it abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and consider whether they are willing to endure such disrespectful treatment before choosing to visit this establishment.

TSQ club is undoubtedly the best asian nightclub in london, providing an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The entire staff, including the bouncers, went above and beyond to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I must highlight the receptionist, who made me feel incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!!

The best Asian nightclub in the the UK. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist.The atmosphere is always amazing, making TSQ the place to be every Friday and Saturday night!!

I have been to many nightclubs in London, I would honestly say that TSQ is a pretty decent nightclub with great environment and music. Not overly expensive compared to the other exclusive London nightclubs. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Overall, I am very happy with the services. Definitely will return again in the future!

Last night was bad for me about this place. We paid £20 for 1 person and I only played for 1 hour and we were kicked out by security because they looked at me like I was drunk. We are having fun playing and dancing together. He kicked me out and didn't hear any explanation from the customer. Arrogant and condescending attitude why should I pay for that lack of civility. I'm just the girl they behaved and handled badly. Friends I don't know everything with are also chased. It was my first time coming to the experience but it was terrible for me and I will consider it my first and last time here .
