We decided to put our house on the market last June and invited 4 estate agents to quote. We chose to sell our house through Hunters based on a various factors. Michael was a friendly genuine guy who was not pushy or arrogant when quoting, which made the experience more personal. Also gave the lowest commission rate.From the very start of the process we were kept updated and things moved really quickly. We had an open house within the first week and accepted an offer straight away. Unfortunately the buyer pulled out after 6 weeks so we had to put the house back on the market. Again Hunters found another buyer within 2 weeks. The whole team (Michael, Jackie & Rob) worked really hard to sell our house during a difficult house buying/selling market time and I had complete confidence in Hunters even when our chain broke in November, they kept us going.We finally exchanged and moved at beginning of Feb. They say moving is a stressful experience and yes it is, but having the right team to support your move is essential. This is why I highly recommend Hunters to sell your house. Total professionals and a lovely group of people to work with.
