Victoria Dental Practice

I had route canal surgery at another practise and it turned out they had bodged up my tooth. Paid hundreds for it so decided to come here. Within second the receptionist and dentist made me feel comfortable and the dentist, Dr Malyn I think I had was really professional and put me at ease throughout the entire treatment. He was very confident and passionate about his work and I don’t think you could ask much more from a dentist, especially when he’s able to highlight the errors of the preview surgery I was at and rectify it within one session.I have and do highly recommend this dentist practise, it was great!

Have been registered with this dental practice for the past 3 years. My son had an appointment with Justine last week and I found her extremely professional. She handled my teenager so well and with respect. Couldn't recommend enough. Thanks to the amazing team x

Very good dental practice. The receptionist was very thorough in booking an appointment, giving me lots of information about the practice. On arrival I was seen very promptly, and I felt the dentist took the time to speak to me about my teeth and any concerns I might have. I was kept informed at all times about what was happening. I was able to see the dental hygienist the same day and was very impressed by the services offered by her. All staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable at this practice. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Brilliant team, I'm super anxious especially after a bad experience with a previous dentist last year. Sophie, Lizzie & Johnathan have all been kind, patient and thoroughly professional. I'll never be scared to go to the dentist again.

I recently joined Victoria dental practice.I was very impressed with the friendly professional manner of the reception staff. All safety and hygiene practice was top notch and social distancing was observed. I was seen by Jonathan Malynn for a dental examination which i believe was very thorough and fully explained to me. I also had a visit with Chloe the hygienist and have to say she was a very friendly professional person. I would highly recommend this dental surgery!

I have used this dental practice for at least 5 years and have received excellent treatment during that time. I have had root canal work along with general fillings and have never felt any discomfort whatsoever and when I needed an emergency appointment my needs were accommodated at very short notice. All the admin staff are very polite and helpful. I could not ask for more and highly recommend this dental practice.

All the staff were extremely kind and caring. I was very happy with the treatment, Lizzie the dentist was very gentle and explained things very well. I hadn't been to a private dentist before but I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I had a very mixed experience with this practice. It started really well, I got an appointment within hours and my dentist was very kind and polite. Then the filling fell out within less than a week, and when I called a receptionist I was told that A) I will need to pay for another treatment B) the soonest they could fit me in was in 5 days. I was a bit frustrated and said that it was ridiculous that the filling I've paid over £100 for has fallen out in less than a week and according to the receptionist they don't give any guarantees that it will last as it is temporary. But really, less than a week? After the call I asked the practice to provide me with the contract where it states that they don't provide any guarantees. Within an hour I was called back and told that they have an appointment available tomorrow and it will be free of charge. When I arrived for my appointment, my dentist had a really cold look on her face and after she finished the treatment she told me off for being too abrupt with the receptionist" literally like a schoolgirl. After moving to the area, I was looking for a new dentist and was recommended here by a friend. Friendly, approachable and easy to get an appointment that fits around shift work. Jonathan (dentist) and Caroline (nurse) were kind, informative and I felt comfortable in their care. Reasonably priced (compared to other dentists I’ve seen in the past) and adopts patient-centred approach. Would highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience with Victoria Road dental practice. The staff were all lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease. I was very pleased with my hygienist appointment with Chloe who did an excellent job with my teeth! Would highly recommend!
