I have been a regular at Serenity for a number of years and after a treatment I always feel more relaxed and sparkly. Sharon is the queen of nails and mine always look amazing after she has done her work. I also have a number of treatments with Becca who always makes me giggle and feel relaxed. The girls and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I would highly recommend Serenity for whatever treatment you are looking for.

I have only had two appointments of waxing done and both times it was easy peasy. I needed a massage badly on a particular day but they seem to be very popular because they were fully booked!! I will try a massage and a mani padi next time though! The pricing is average and the staff is super friendly..

I get my treatments done here regularly, the staff are very talented and good at what they do. Jaz does my eyelash extensions and they always look phenomenal, the most comfortable, long lasting lashes you can get done. Would highly recommend this salon, they always make me feel like a princess.

It was my first time at Serenity today. The treatment I received was very good, however, when it came to payment there was a problem and it wasn't handled professionally.I paid 50% deposit (£36.25) on the phone as required at the time of booking.When it came to paying the final cost after the treatment, they said I had only paid £26.25 and had £46.25 to pay. I had to go onto my banking app to try and prove to them that I had indeed paid £36.25.I was made to feel like a criminal and throughout the entire time I waited whilst they tried to find out what happened, I didn't receive a single apology!I said to the girl that I'm a local business owner and do you really think I'm going to try and do you out of £10?She said its funny because we've got £10 unaccounted for.All this was poorly handled and infront of another customer.It's left a bitter taste I my mouth and unfortunately, that's my first and last experience with Serenity.2 stars for treatment, 0 for customer service.

Great service by Emma every time I go here. Fantastic gel manicure and friendly staff. The first time I went here I had never had anything done to my nails, so I was quite nervous. But they made me feel very relaxed, and now I am hooked on having my nails done!

I needed a last minute appointment and they were happy to fit me in. Jess did my nails and she was really efficient whilst still giving great service.

Had my nails done at Serenity and was really impressed, the girls are lovely and really take pride in their work. I was so happy with the quality of my manicure and pedicure they look stunning, I will definitely be going back to get them done again. Thanks for a lovely and relaxing appointment. I would give 10 stars if that was an option!

I tried Serenity for the first time after they came highly recommended to me by a friend, I booked in for a manicure, pedicure, wax and eyelash extensions before my holiday and I felt like a new woman after walking out of the salon. From the moment I stepped through the doors of Serenity, there was the most welcoming atmosphere, the salon smelt amazing and the staff all greeted me with a smile, making me instantly relax and feel comfortable. The salon is very clean and has gorgeous modern decor, the attention to detail really maximises the overall experience. I was beyond pleased with all of my treatments, the beauty therapists all went through my preferences and engaged in friendly conversation with me. The staffs genuine commitment for my comfort and satisfaction was heart warming, making me feel like an esteemed guest rather than just a client. If you are looking for a salon experience that goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Serenity enough! Been coming to Serenity regularly for 4 years now for several different treatments and never once have I been disappointed. This latest visit was for my usual manicure with Jazz. I let Jazz choose something for me and I've come away with the most fabulous and stunning nail art. The Serenity staff are excellent at making sure you have the most rewarding and relaxing visit and really take the time to get to know you. And the services are not just for women either - my husband visits for his massage treatments.
