My dashboard sign read DPF full please take to dealer, having booked it with Rockar a Jaquar Land Rover Authrised Service Centre (living up to that name ) they refused to do any other work to my car but just the campaign recalls that was listed.Their excuse to not doing any work on the vehicle was due to it being in a major front end repair. How they come to that conclusion is beyond me.Taking it to an Land Rover Specialist you would expect them to tackle any issues should it be covered under warranty or not. Not Rockar, apparently due to the front damage they refused to touch the vehicle as it was a potential fire hazard, See invoice attached.If your looking for a basic service, campaign recall or a free car wash then you are safe, anything else, look else where. Mr John Cole refereed him self as THE BOSS and when his away from the service Centre no cars go in to the workshop, as i have discovered as my car was dropped off on Tuesday, two calls where made to me on Wednesday and one on Thursday that my parts have arrived and the car was picked up on Friday when i said if it is not done by end of play Friday ill be collecting my vehicle and not to touch my car any longer.Warranty jobs are easy money, as i have discovered when working in a dealership myself. If my vehicle was that much of an issue with a major front damage as you say THE BOSS, why touch my vehicle in the first place.Complete JOKEPs had it fixed at Grange at Hainault, they found the fault it was a loose connection from the intake valve, wire was loose on the connection point. :) smiling vehicle drives like a dream

Not an overly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Booked the service online via the Land Rover website only to receive over 5 calls asking to confirm my booking on numerous random dates - other than the date I booked.The collection service was also very confused. Having booked my service for 10am I was told my car will in fact be picked up between 10 and 2 (not the way I want to spend my Saturday).Upon collection I asked the service centre to check a faulty door lock on my rear door. I was called mid-service to say there were no issues and it was purely an anti-hijack system. When the car was returned, the issue was still there ... ! They didn't bother to fix it.The icing on the cake was the fact they forgot to stamp my service book. I called and received no apology whatsoever - just got asked to make my own way in on Sunday. When I arrived in person I was presented with no apology whatsoever. Book was stamped and I was sent on my way.Really not an enjoyable experience at all. Harwoods were streets ahead and I'll be using them next time.

Unit C Twelvetrees Crescent E3 3JG.I had a service booked for 8am. I got there at 8am the gates were not opened. After 20 minutes it finally opened. However, I could not drive in due to the forecourt had stationary cars parked there at the entrance. I then went to customer service desk at 8:30am and spoke to the person who just walked into reception and told me that it will take another 20 minutes to clear the cars. The person didn’t bother to explain why there has been such a long delay and didn’t even apologise. I left after that.I will never book my service there again. Wasted my time and effort. I have made an official complaint to Jaguar and I will take it to Twitter if I do not hear anything back.

I bought the land lover velar from this branch last year.It make noise when I press the brake.They said they can not do anything regards this noise while I’m still in my warranty.They said I have to pay for changing brake pad but the noise will come back again.The other land lover change brake pad free for me as was in warranty but still there is noise.I done test drive for other velar which didn’t have that noise.I will do Legal action as my car is still under warranty and they don’t do anything.I’m not happy with this noise and strongly advise not to buy velar specifically from this branch as they don’t cover anything

Price is good, service was done to land to rover expectations.The downfall was they didn’t valet the car as promised in the morning nor were they doing any pick up and drop off or courtesy vehicle.Despite the price you pay for a luxury brand this service center works below the standards.Seems to be a trend in these JLR service Centres of bad customer care or honesty.Edit: 14/09/20The service light has come on despite having been serviced, For the last two weeks.Please do not send your vehicle here for repair or service!!!I am urging you!Your brand new vehicle will become faulty as these people want you to return immediately and charge more money.You will loose a lot of money with these con men working there.Please do not visit!

I have been using Rockar for the past 3 years to service my Range Rovers and I found them to be absolutely perfect and reliable, they can’t do enough to help ! you are treated as a valued customer unlike many garages these days .. Neil Bacon has always gone the extra mile in Customer care and I’m sure they will go from strength to strength ..

Awful!! Awful!! Awful!! Absolute poor service, created more damage to my vehicle and awful customer relations! I would give them zero stars if possible. They misdiagnosed a fault on my L405 Range Rover and told me my car would be returned within 3 days.They held onto my for 2 weeks; whilst giving shoddy excuses for delay without even having the decency to arrange a courtesy vehicle and only to return my vehicle with a cracked screen (27cm long crack! - ive attached pictures in the review but not sure if you can see them ) which they claimed was caused due to a small chip on the screen (which was false) that expanded due to heat and them raising the vehicle on the ramp several times.To top it all off, my car still has the same problem which they claimed to have repaired and charged for not to mention the damaged windscreen!. Now i have to give the vehicle to an actual Range Rover dealership to get it seen to and had to arrange for my insurance to replace my windscreen.ABSOLUTE COWBOYS & A PAIN TO DEAL WITH. Trust me avoid these guys at all costs, don't make the same mistake i made, just look for another service centre or better go direct to Land Rover and spend that little bit extra for peace of mind.or Go to Harwoods which isnt far from them.

I have been using Rocker Land Rover Service Centre for two years and cannot praise my experience with this Service Centre enough. Best Land Rover Service Centre in London in my opinion.Chris in the service department is excellent. He is extremely professional, courteous and a real asset and gentleman. Recently, my central locking failed and even though they were fully booked for 2 weeks, he managed to fit the car in for an urgent repair and also get an oil issue checked. Over the years, I have had my DPF replaced, throttle body replaced, suspension arms done, full annual services all at very reasonable rates. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else.

I booked my car for service 25/05/21 due to a noise coming from underneath the car. They told me that wield from the Heath shield is gone so they had to wield it again.28/05/21 they return my car they said it’s fixed Same day 28/05/21 I drove my car to work, on the middle of my driving the check engine light turned on. Unfortunately it’s late and it’s long weekend due to bank holiday so I can’t reach anyone from the garage.30/05/21 I called the roadside assistance because Im bit worried. The roadside assistance told me that the hose from adblue is not connected and it’s leaking adblue. The roadside technician is told me to return it back to auto centre. That week after bank holiday I was trying to book but they told me that they are fully book. They booked me 08/06/21,I told them that my the technician told me that I have to return my car to them and also the noise from underneath the car is making noise again.They returned the car to me yesterday 10/06/21 they said DEF is working properly because as per roadside technician I have to return the car to the garage because it’s not working properly. As per the noise I think they did not even bother to check, because they told me that they coulnd find any and just return it if it make noise again.Today the 11/06/21 I start my car as I’m going home coming from nights I noticed the noise is still there. It’s so disappointing that with those given days to rectify the fault,the end up result is same thing nothing is fix. The hussle that they cost me it’s not acceptable.Now I don’t know if I going to bring back my car to them, as I know that they are cowboy. Avoid, avoid,avoid.
