I actually went with a different company in the end (I wanted a product that Carpetright didn’t have for part of the house, and ended up going for an ‘all in’ solution), but I found the customer service from Tony to be excellent. He was very patient and worked hard to work out what I needed, even if I wasn’t sure myself. Great range of products. Thank you!

Thanks very much to Linda at Pool Carpetright. I purchased a bed today. Nothing was too much trouble. It was near closing time but Linda insisted on helping dismantle the ex display bed with me and helped load into my van. She was helpful, patient and I really wish that more sales staff were like her. Thanks Linda

Bought a carpet and LVT having previously had the whole house carpeted with them. Had someone come out from the store to tell us the floor was suitable for LVT, however on the day the fitter wouldn't fit it as the floor was too uneven and it would invalidate the warranty. When they send someone to check they should send a fitter who knows what hes looking at not a salesman who doesn't. Then waited over a month for another slot. On the day the carpet was due to be fitted, the fitter called to say it wouldn't fit in his car and he couldn't lift it so could we do another day - which we couldn't do. Carpet right had said they would book 2 people out but obviously didn't tell the fitter that. So, he had to pick his mate up from the hairdressers to help him load the carpet and then leave again to take his mate home? It wasn't the fitters fault and he at least found a solution. They don't give you an arrival time so you have no idea when they will arrive. All in all though the flooring is lovely and the fitter was great just terrible communication from the store to the fitters.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a whole bungalow’s worth of flooring from them and arranged install over a month ago. Call us the day before to tell us that instead of 2 guys it will be 1, but he’s still only booked to do the same number of days!! The guy they sent is good to be fair to him but obviously not abide to do it all in 3 days, so we’re now over a week past when they were supposed to be finished and it’s holding up the rest of our renovation. We’ve also had absolutely no communication from carpet right and it’s as if they’ve forgotten about us altogether. They also NEVER answer their phones so you basically just can’t get hold of them!! Wish we’d gone elsewhere to be honest!!

We bought a carpet on the 19th of August and can't praise Theresa enough. She was working alone on a busy Saturday!! She was so helpful even assisted with loading the carpet even though she was alone in the shop having to deal with multiple customers. A very hard working, polite and professional young lady.
