Had to call them on a Sunday bank holiday over Christmas. They were very efficient and booked a visit the next morning. a gentleman called me at 8:30 the next morning to say he was on his way despite heavy snowfall overnight. He arrived and inspected the drain with a camera, quickly found the problem and gave me a quote for the job. It was very reasonable! He had the job done in no time. I was really pleased with the service and would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Drain Doctor was recommended to me by my plumber as we had a blocked toilet in a house we rent out.The engineer Dave turned up as agreed , having telephoned before to confirm his time of arrival.He was friendly, helpful and professional- he fixed the blocked toilet very quickly. He then put a camera up the downpipe to double check it was all clear and he found a 2nd blockage which he quickly fixed.I was happy with the cost for the level of care and attention taken and would definitely use them again.

Good communication was given a cost before work was carried out, located and fixed problem successfully and in a short period of time, was first time using them but will definitely be using them again if I need to.

I have had a leaking toilet for some time now & I was waiting 4 weeks for a recommended family friend to pop over. So I gave up with that & contacted Drain Doctor. I had a Call back the same day & an engineer booked in the following day (TeeJay). He was on time & he stayed until the job was done & did not rush anything. He was a fantastic member of staff & I am very happy with the quality of work carried out. 5 Stars from all day!

Drivers sit up your a** for 5 miles then and when you stop to let someone out of their driveway they overtake you in a busy 30mph zone near a school slam their brakes on in front of you.. hop out and start kicking off. REG HK18YOX. 18/1/2022. Don't want no angry plumbers dread to think what temper they get in when something goes wrong on your house probably smash your house up.
