I have always found the staff at my local chemist friendly, ready to help you and give advice in any way even in the covid 19 pandemic. They have helped us all stay safe.I would like to thank you for your commitment to your customers .STAY SAFE

I have only nice things to say about my experience at boots homestead,the staff are friendly helpful and very obliging, l am now reliant on there excellent delivery service x

Visited today for the first time to collect a prescription for my friend who has covid. Was totally ignored as I stood at the counter for several minutes while at least 3 staff carried on with their business, I appreciate they are busy but even an acknowledgement of hello will be with you shortly would have been nice! Manners cost nothing and customer service is surely part of the job!I work for NHS so appreciate that things are difficult at the moment but not a good experience at all!

Poor service. They never have the medication in-store so they have to order it in for the following day which causes alot of inconvenience. The team is friendly but they can do so much better service wise.

Never have any of my children's meds in . You have too wait in a queue of methadone users for your meds.

Used this branch for many years now and always found the staff polite, helpful and always happy to take time with the customers. Naturally there are busier times than others where the wait may be a little longer than you had hoped for, but if you go in off peak you won't have that issue.

The staff are nice but the service is ruined by Boots policies. They don’t keep anything but the most popular items in stock. That means every time they get a repeat prescription they need to order the items. Adds 1-4 days to the collection. A huge problem if you’re on very strong pain medication or essential daily meds and are forced to cope without it for 1-3 days. It’s a false economy because it causes many patients to go elsewhere and boots lose the sale of expensive meds. They should allow the staff to stock items that regular patients collect every month. I’m sure the staff are tired of making excuses for the company.

Friday afternoon 30 mins before closing time and no one’s prescriptions were ready. Surely the last hour you are open till Monday is a predictable time to be busy? There is clearly some sort of organisation issue here. When it gets busy the queue also becomes unclear which further adds to the wait time.Additionally there is no seating which is a problem when you are waiting for 30 mins and in pain (a likely scenario if you are at a pharmacy). Old man next to me was in absolute agony waiting for his medication and had nowhere to sit.This is not the first time this has happened, I will be sending my prescriptions to a different pharmacy from now on as this place is consistently disorganised and chaotic.

Not enough staff to cope with the number of customers. Didn't help the waiting customers that someone in the back was coughing continually. I hope they are feeling better soon.
