Yami was great to talk too, and great fun. However her COVID safety wasn't up to scratch and I didn't get the nails I truly desired. She was okay for last-minute at Christmas, but I won't be going again.

Booked an appointment- I was 5 min late - she looked at me and said you are 5 min late - l took somebody else and send me away.Don’t bother go there! Super unfriendly!!!

I booked in here to have my own nails done. I called and specified my nails were not very strong and that they would require hardening Gel and the Lily who I spoke to on the phone said yes this was fine and I asked her to quote me a price which she did of £27.00. I went in that afternoon to get my nails done and I wanted French manicure which I knew was an extra £10 which I was more than happy to pay, this would have made a total of £37.00 in total for everything.When the lady finished my nails she asked me £47 saying that because my nails are weak she needed to use more gel so there for more expensive!!!Nobody specified this before doing my nails. Lily was in the shop and is the owner she also didn't help with the situation/mis communication she had caused. I was made to feel that I had to pay for something that I had been wrongly quoted for, I had no tips just my own nails with gel and a French manicure and nearly £50 for the privilege in somewhere that is not a premium nail salon. (mostly the staff sit doing each others nails more than concentrating on their customers)I had these done 6 days ago and already they have chipped so all in all £50 for not a lot, not the best customer service and not the best end product so wont be recommending unfortunately.

Is the worst manicure I had ever! To be honest if you appreciate your nails and money, please skip this place.I went for a manicure with gel, file and polish.First ,the lady made wrong the filing ignoring me completely. (Also, which kind of manicure has every nail different from the other)If was not enough the filling, the polish in not even, being some part brighter than other and also made 75% of the nail, the 25% rest she assumed that was not needed.A completely awful experience, not recommended to anyone

Service was a bit wishy washy and technicians swapped mid prep so I had to explain what I wanted twice. Not the most professional - I was happy enough with the finish though. Within a week one nail had cracked and only just into week 2 now and five more are already coming away from the nail. I've had Gel X extensions from other salons many times and they should last at least three if not four weeks. My guess is that they use a cheap glue and tips - not what you expect for £45. Wouldn't recommend.

I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never had an experience as traumatising as this one- stay far away if you have anxiety as I pretty much had a panic attack in the bathroom due to how rude the technician doing my nails was to me!!!To add this was quite a few months ago but I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never had an experience like this. First of all she complained about how long my appointment was going to take even though I’d booked well in advance and tried to convince me to get something else done that wouldn’t take as long she also complained frequently throughout about how long it was taking (very unprofessional) making me feel like I’d done something wrong for booking a treatment. I’m not going to go into full details but she sternly told me off saying that I wasn’t relaxing my hand (I have bad anxiety and she had been very rude to me before this telling me off for moving my hand which made me tense up) and it was my fault if my nails ended up looking bad. I understand clients may be doing things that are annoying while you’re trying to work but I was doing nothing wrong other than being tense purely as she told me off frequently throughout the appointment for moving, being shaky etc when she was making me so uncomfortable so obviously I was tense. She also messed up 2 of my nails by fault of her own which she needed to re do (and complained about) and I’ve never been spoken to so rudely during a nail apponintment EVER and have since been to a salon where I have been relaxed comfortable and treated well and there’s never been an issue. I’ve never experienced anything like this even if I had been deliberately annoying (which I wasn’t) there’s no excuse for how she spoke to me as I was polite, quiet and going for a relaxing treatment and ended up paying for sub par nails (2 broke the week later) and a horrible experience that truly upset me. If you have anxiety stay well away!!!!!! I never write negative reviews but I couldn’t not after the experience I had

Great experience.I've been coming here several times now and I love the cure for details I always receive as I don't feel rushed out like in other nail bars I've attended before, where I could barely have a little chatt with the technician.I've received many compliments for my nails and Eleonora is also very friendly, makes me feel like at home and she's very knowledgeable.Highly recommended!

Lovely ladies, really friendly however slightly disappointed in my nails, I had shellac manicure here last Monday and by Thursday they had all chipped and a week on are really badly chipped and due to my work I very rarely have free time and due to go on holiday soon and they are unable to fit me in on my only day off!
