Lyly nails spa

I got a french manicure and pedicure done and the service was amazing can't fault the staff or prices.I recently went back to get a mani and pedi done whilst I taken care off. I felt that the service was rushed as staff wanted to ensure every customer was tended to as they were busy! Only when I got home realised how streaky my pedicure was. I was no longer in the area to go back to get it rectified. The manager is very nice lady and will help sort out the mistakes I noticed.

Nails not shaped properly and job done a bit sloppy. The gel is starting to peel off on the sides after a 5 days only, as it wasn't been put properly on the nail bad. Nails technician not very friendly and polite (she haven't said not even a word to me during my visit, even when I asked some questions).Only positive note is that the ombre' bit was nicely done.Update: after less than a week, I experienced lifting on some fingers and on one finger the gel snapped off.

Very professional and friendly.

Been 4 years doing my nails there, polite staff, helpful and nails done very nicely. Can't but recommend it.
