Dog Town Liverpool

As the owner of a diva husky, I was apprehensive about any groomers. Emma offers 1-1 grooms and honestly it was the best decision I made to take my Luna there. She’s attentive and listens to the dogs body language and it made me as an owner feel at ease to leave my Luna with Emma. Not only did Luna come back to me fully groomed she had a great time and made a friend for life with Emma. Would definitely recommend Dog Town Liverpool to anyone who gets nervous when leaving their fur baby with a stranger.

Had a great experience at Dogtown today. My two precious babies had to move groomers because of maternity leave and I was so anxious. I scoured the internet and Dogtown had the best reviews. I took them myself today and was so relieved how well they were treated. The dogs were not anxious at all and were groomed together . Emma sent me pictures throughout the process which reassured me. She also followed my grooming instructions to the letter. My babies will be returning to Emma at Dogtown for their next groom. I can’t praise her enough. They look fantastic and she looked after them so well. The facilities are excellent and a lot of thought has gone into them. Emma’s background as a ex science teacher reassured me and she was 100% professional. Thank you Emma.

Emma did a fantastic job with my nan’s German shepherd Ruby. Ruby was in desperate need of a good groom and the results were amazing. Emma was patient with a nervous dog and was happy to update me during the groom. Ruby doesn’t like other dogs so the 1 to 1 groom was perfect. Would definitely recommend Emma to anyone.

Rufus is quite a nervous dog at times and has a terrible fear of the hair dryer!! But I felt totally at ease leaving him at Dog Town. Emma (and her daughter!) gave him extra love and cuddles to keep him calm, and I even got a couple of pupdates throughout which was amazing. He looks and smells gorgeous, would highly recommend! We'll definitely be back!

Took my Chihuahua to get his nails clipped. Rocco is a nervous dog when he goes the vets or gets his nails clipped but Emma was patient with him and calmed his nerves. Great service highly recommend.

Our seven month puppy had his first groom at Dog Town. He has come back smelling absolutely amazing and is so soft that I can't stop cuddling and stroking him! I was a little anxious beforehand as I've heard so many people talk about how their dogs were shaven right down during grooming. I needn't have worried and have definitely found the right groomer, he had a lovely little makeover and still looks like my little pup with his curls in all the right places. Thank you so much!
