A big thank you to Paul for his friendly and efficient vehicle recovery service. I had an issue with my insurance company but that was nothing to do with him. A credit to the company :)

Yesterday I broke down on M18 and it was arranged by the AA for Paragon to rescue me. I was a woman travelling alone with my little dog and was feeling very scared and vulnerable. Sean phoned and reassured me he was on his way. He was very professional and friendly and transferred me and my dog safely to the breakdown truck and delivered us and my car back to our home town. I can't thank him enough for what he did.

I honestly cannot thank Paul Fox enough. He came to our callout for a flat tyre and flat battery. And although he wasnt able to fix the problems at roadside he attempted to take us to the garage my insurance cover sent him to, which was closed. He ensured that he could get it authorised for him to drive us home (which was an hour away) which was over his shift time. He wanted to make sure we were safe and not stranded as i had my 2 year old little boy with me. Thankyou so much paul, heart of gold n lovely bloke, there should be more like him.

Good place for recovery friendly and helpful staff

OUTSTANDING company with unbelievably good personnel. The AA couldn't recover my car and were talking big money to shift it, closing off the road.. you name it. Paul turned up and had it on the lorry in 5 minutes without breaking a sweat. There's folks very at their jobs . Then there's these guys. Amazing work

I rang my insurance company today as I had broken down at maltby leisure centre. They told me the recovery company would be there within 90 minute. The recovery man rang me to let me know he was only 5 minutes away. The man was absolutely fantastic, he made me feel at ease and very safe with being a lone female driver. If you could pass on my heartfelt thanks to this man I would be truly grateful, sorry I didn’t get his name.

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to Gareth (66) for an amazing service today. After taking my car to 2 garages for faulty windscreen wipers, they packed in during torrential rain today. Gareth came, identified the problem quickly and got us home swiftly. He was professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We had to pull in to Enterprise car rentals car park as we were in a dangerous position on a busy dual carriageway. When the woman who worked there was rude, aggressive and swore, Gareth remained calm and professional and apologized to us for witnessing it, when it was not his fault at all. We were very impressed by the service and cannot praise Gareth or Paragon enough. Thank you.K Harcourt

If you want your vehicle damaged use these cow boys. Absolute no clue on how to recover a vehicle. Damaged the car causing hundreds of pounds of damage. Wouldn't give these guys covid let alone a car after the experience I had.
