Great service. Used it to send three Xmas parcels. Opted for Royal Mail next day delivery. Was picked up on time and delivered on time, with email tracking and confirmation. Great that I didn't even need to leave the house and really reasonable prices.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Parcel2Go's poor level of service. My shipment was lost by Yodel, and my complaint was not addressed. Contact with the company was limited, and if I hadn't reached out myself, no one would have followed up on my case. Avoid this company at all costs.

needed to send large parcels of xmas presents to Devon due to change of arrangements. it was easy to compare prices, print off the labels. i chose Royal Mail who collected next day and they arrived to destination safely in 2 days. well done alround

It used to be a good website for comparison of parcel providers. Unfortunately, now when I enter the details of the parcel I need to post it gives me really cheap ones that later say the parcel is too big, offers me alternatives at a higher price (kind of fair but still annoying) and then...the price jumps again for no visible reason at checkout although I've not asked for any add-ons or changed any details.I am browsing for alternatives and if I don't forget I'll try and generate a photo to show the problem.

As I couldn't get out to send a parcel back to Amazon I had Parcel2Go pick it up and deliver it for me. They arranged for a courier to collect the parcel and it was delivered to Amazon Returns in Scotland. Realy good service with no worries.

These people are scum I sent a high value item through these u paid additional fees to cover the 'insurance' the item arrived with the buyer amazed to bits, it was extremely well wrapped. This company refused to refund me even after numerous photos of the damage including the unopened box, they are scammers you've been warned!

The item arrived in perfect condition, via UPS, in just four days.Picked up from my house Friday, delivered door-to-door the following Monday.I was astonished just how easy, fast and reasonably priced the whole transaction was.Highly recommend using Parcel2Go based on this fantastic experience.
