They liaised with my insurance company on my behalf and restored the house via a contractor and ensured that I was paid for my expenses. Excellent end result thanks so their service :) The only challenge was that I had to chase / follow up by phone and email 2-4 times a week for 3-4 months to progress and get to the final outcome.

TLDR: All Property Claims went above and beyond to fight for my case. They rectified the resulting damage from the leak in my property: mould remediation, removal and correction of the affected areas. Without them, the insurance company would have sent someone to just paint over the damage. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend to anyone in a similar position.Full story: My case was particularly complicated as our freeholder was refusing to let us use the buildings insurance policy in the way that we were entitled to as the leaseholders. Roshan's knowledge on the process and advice on dealing with both the insurance company and our freeholders was second to none. It was a very difficult and frustrating process; I said multiple times to the team that I would understand if they wanted to drop my case as it was probably not worth the effort! But they continued, kept me updated the whole way through, and were confident that we would get this sorted out the proper way, because we were in the right! And we did!Our insurers told us to get two separate quotes to fix the damage. As this was an insurance job, NO ONE wanted to provide us a free quote, one tradesperson told us they would come to quote for £250 - and we needed two quotes. We were not told that this money would be reimbursed... I found All Property Claims and initially I was still desperately trying to find these two quotes. I spoke with Moez who told us that the insurers have no right to demand this of us and it is a common tactic to just get the damage “fixed” as cheaply as possible. He told me how APC works, how they make their money, that it wouldn’t cost me a thing and that they would deal with the claim, making sure everything was fixed and dealt with properly.They sent professionals immediately to survey the damage, to check the moisture levels and to assess and recommend what needed to be fixed to the insurers and how this needed to be done. The insurers pushed back as well as our freeholders, but Roshan clearly laid out to them BOTH how this was a breach of the contract that they held with me as the leaseholder. After MUCH negotiation and many, many emails and phone calls, the insurers relented and the damage in my property was FINALLY fixed.I really can’t thank the team enough. I have dealt with insurance companies in the past and did expect a bit of push back and some time wasting, but this was on a different level and just a horrible experience. The levels of intimidation and bullying from the insurers and our freeholders sadly were shocking. If we hadn’t enlisted the help of All Property Claims, i think we would have just caved and paid out of pocket - which is how insurers keep their money, by making it so difficult and unpleasant for their paying customers to make a claim, that they end up just paying for it themselves ON TOP of the insurance premium that was in place to cover this exact damage.So, in short, we literally couldn’t have done this without All Property Claims. Water Damage Repairs were professional from the start, they organised site surveys, found the leak without tearing apart all the floorboards in the flat, and once the repair was made they dealt with the insurance. My insurance company found every excuse possible to avoid doing the job I paid them to do and repair the leak in my flat. I cannot recommend highly enough All Property Claims. They have been 5 stars in handling our claim from start to finish! After our whole ground floor being flooded, our insurance asked me to find a company to dry our floor. I had no idea whom to trust, how to handle this issue as quickly as possible and the insurance was not helpful in making a wise choice. Then, I found this company and decided to call them. When the insurance agreed with all the work needed to be done, Cuong dealt with the removal of asbestos, drying, replastering, flooring.... I was always kept up to date and Cuong made sure that I was at home before sending any contractors. The contractors have also been extremely professional and clean. They did an amazing job in making sure that the property was completely dry. At the beginning, the insurance told me that I will only need to dry the floor, but at the end we needed to removed the flooring, dry the walls as well, remove the mould inside the walls, repaint all the walls. Very happy with the service we received from Water Damage Repairs dealing with the escape of water situation we had in our flat were we had to exchange all the flooring throughout the whole apartment. I had problems with a leak that caused the floor covering to buckle, and damp in the wall plaster.
