What a helpful and very friendly Garage we were very impressed with their service Thank you very much

On the first day of our holiday in Devon our car was making a very disturbing noise and so we went to this garage on the Saturday morning and met the owner who was extremely kind and helpful, we explained the situation we were in and were asked to bring our car back on the Monday despite them having three weeks work already booked in.They diagnosed the problem Monday afternoon (our previous garage had failed to put one of our front wheels on properly and was loose) then arranged for new wheel nuts to be delivered the next day. On the Tuesday afternoon they rang us to advise our car was ready.I cannot praise this garage enough, not just for the way they saved our two week holiday but also the kindness we received and the professional way in which they conducted themselves at all times.I wish they were our local garage.Thank you so much.

I phoned up with short notice in need of an MOT for my work van. They managed to fit me before the MOT ran out and completed the work within a couple of days to get me back on the road. When I picked it up they ran through the advisories and we worked out a plan to get them done too. Pleased with the service. I received phone calls during the process to be updated as well. So all in all pretty happy.

Update 24/09/2023Booked a car in for major service then last min needed another car urgently needing a MOT, I put a request in to have this done and Auto Solutions went above and beyond to get this second vehicle in for its MOT with only a few hours notice.thank you so much, as always can rely and trust the service they provide. I won’t go anywhere else2022As always fantastic service received from the team at Auto Solutions.I had my clutch go and at last minute they were able to fit me in quickly and get things ordered despite it being a bank holiday weekend fast approaching. Work was carried out and completed so I was able to collect after the weekend.The team here always go above and beyond to help customers and the service is first class. I will never take my car anywhere else now and always use them for all servicing, Mot and tyre needs. Thank you Paul, Simon and the rest of the team

I had never heard of Auto Solutions until recently. I always got my car maintained at my local garage( will remain nameless) and after a lot of hassle with some work i had done on my old car, i decided to look elsewhere. I found Auto Solutions on Google and had a good read of the reviews.I'm so glad I went to them for a gearbox service. Very helpful staff and a very prompt service. I will be using them regularly from now on( but hopefully not too regularly) :)Thanks for a great service

Used twice so far, as an alternative to a main franchise dealership. Far better value with no loss of service or expertise.
