Hairstylist was very knowledgeable about what style would suit me as it has thinned and changed texture due to chemo. She gave me a bob and said I look like a head teacher. This made me smile as my daughter agreed it matched my attitude. I look like a different person and I feel great.

My hair used to break easy and would not grow. But after visiting Serene, with the help of Jacqui and her fantastic hairstylist skills, my hair is now in great condition, and the cut and colour is perfect.I now always look forward to my appointments.All the team are friendly and welcoming.I would certainly recommend Serene to anyone.

I had the most fantastic experience on Saturday at Serene. From start to finish the service was excellent - I had visited previously for a consultation for the GK treatment and Jemima explained the process with detail and the real benefits to having this done. Having Afro hair I can often be sceptical when choosing a salon but Jemima’s experience was clear from the start.I am just overwhelmed at the end result, thank you all so much and will be back again soon!

After coming back to the salon, I was very satisfied with my hair. It's exactly how I wanted it. It looks just like the picture I showed Jemima. She is such a nice person. I felt at ease. As I'm not much of a talker. It's a nice atmosphere in the salon. And you get a whole pot of tea. Which helps with the long time your in there for. The young girl finished off my hair well too, but I forgot her name. I will return in the future.

I was so nervous about starting the process of lightening my box dyed hair! But Jemima was honestly so understanding and explained the whole process. It came out amazing and I am so happy with my hair! Defiantly recommend Jemima to anyone looking for starting that process!
