I have had problems with my back on and off throughout my adult life. Some 2 to 3 years ago, the NHS consultant who had at that time been treating my now debilitating back for period of 3 to 4 months, informed me that his treatment, which I had presumed would be continuing, was at an end; I was lead to believe that basically this was because of NHS financial restrictionsOn reference back to my GP, powerful drugs to combat my continuing pain were prescribed.I then found that the considerable doses that were needed to alleviate the pain had unacceptable side-effects.I then went to the Hereford Osteopathic Centre ( Mr Nicholas Handoll ) whose treatment over the past year has for the most part been able to eradicate the pain and almost entirely eliminate the need for these drugs.As well as the treatment itself I have learnt from him how to manage my body better, and to gain a relaxation which improves my sleep and aids further healing. As a result I am now living a healthier and more productive life which before this treatment had seemed unattainable.

The muscular skeletal assessment that I received from the team at Hereford Osteopathic Centre has greatly improved my day to day mobility. My lower back tension has greatly improved and I am now better equipped to deal with any future sporting injuries. Highly recommended for their level of expertise and holistic approach.

I have suffered with lower back pain for approx 30 years. My GP only seemed to be able to give me painkillers which in my opinion only mask the pain and don't get rid of what the cause is. I heard about Nicholas Handall and decided to give his therapy a try. After several treatments I was free of pain for the first time in many years. I am able to get out of bed every day without stiffness and pain, play with my grandchildren and run my catering business without the fear of seizing up. Repeat L5-S1 disc prolapse causing intense pain and bad sciatica. Just three sessions with Jamie and the pain dial turned down from 10 (worst) to 2 and now armed with effective exercises when pain flares. A Brilliant osteo - methodical, calm and knows his stuff!! Highly recommended for any middle aged dad's frustrated that their bodies don't work like they used to! Very reasonable prices but that's inconsequential to achieving pain relief and good health!

I’ve been going to see Sarah for a couple of years now for regular body MOT’s and when I’ve injured myself, and she has always been able to fix/ease any ailments I might have. Her knowledge seems endless and she is very friendly/warm/understanding and kind. Highly recommended!

I have suffered for many years with siatica and on a regular basis... After seeing sarah I rarely suffer and if i do instead of it being a week long its just a twing.. Very happy with the service not only for my back but my whole well being....

A welcoming environment which allows you to sort out any problems you have with ease. Sarah is a real expert. She has helped me with circulation and posture problems which in turn have also stopped my repetitive headaches. I cannot recommend her and this centre highly enough.
