Sounds great, two frames for price of one, please read small print, must be same prescription and frames not that strong.

Judith was an absolute star, very tentative and was a world of help for my Nanny. Went above and beyond to make sure she had everything sorted!

I have been coming to this store for years without a problem. This time though I was shocked at how I was spoken to by a member of staff who breached my confidentislity and blurted my business to the whole shop. I was so mortified I complained and asked for my optical records to use else where. I think that member of staff needs some training in data protection. Ill not go back.

I don't like how tests and products are explained with the full range of details but no information on how much anything costs. It is very confusing to try to calculate this shops prices. When anyone tries to obscure costs within the sales process it makes me wary and defensive. That is why I took my prescription & left without glasses.

I had an appointment today to help me with contact lenses as I'd never used them before. Grace was so patient with me, teaching me how to use them. After i was confident with using them Eve tested my eyes to make sure i could see ok and give me all the information i needed. Fantastic service from this store and delighted as I didn't receive the same service from another Specsavers store close by. Thank you for all your help today. Managers should be very proud of your staff.
