G&O installed my heat pump.It was well installed and the people are (to be fair) seemingly experts at what they do. All was well until this past cold snap when my heat pump failed. Their service has always been good and they have been super responsive.The service engineer sent out when the pump failed was also very good and diagnosed a faulty compressor. He said they would order a part(s) and submit a report.At this point things went awry.I was initially told that there were no parts available, then there would be a charge (possibly for the pump but definitely for the labour). Plus they couldn't give me any timing on the arrival of the pump (telling me it may be in Poland). They also told me the cost was £468+VAT PLUS labour and perhaps" LG would cover it under warranty.I was totally fed up and threatened legal action and posting the case on social media so people could understand how poor the situation was (with LG parts and warranty). Maybe I shouldn't have done that
