I would highly recommend the London Blind Company. They weren't the cheapest quote I got but I chose to go with them because I liked that they were a local family run, friendly business. From my first contact with them I found them to provide excellent service. They responded to all my queries in a timely detailed manner, even when I changed my mind a couple of times on what I wanted. You do need to book to visit their showroom but this was easy to do at a time that suited me, even with very little notice the second time (30 mins!). They arrived early to measure my windows and to fit the blinds but phoned me first to check this was OK rather than just turning up and assuming it was which I liked. He cleaned up well after himself too. The blinds themselves are high quality and look great and have transformed my rooms. Again highly recommend.

Just had my new blinds fitted. James was doing the fitting and I can not thank him enough. There was an unknown issue with my bay window whereby there was very little brickwork to attach the fittings to securely on one side. After the blinds had been fitted and James had advised me of the issue James came back after having thought about the problem and added another blind fitting for me so blind is more secure. I was really taken aback by that, what wonderful customer service and showing a genuine concern for me and the worry of the blind. Thank you very much James

We have just had a new awing cover and motor fitted by London blind company bexleyheath by 2 lovely fellas. ., if you want a reliable friendly service I would go nowhere else . I am very pleased with the colour I choose and the Finnish of the blind .Thankyou London blind company . I will be shopping again for house blinds in the future.

I cannot fault the service provided by London Blind Company! From the initial showroom visit to the fitting service provided, the team have been fantastic throughout. 6 shutters installed in total and I am so pleased with the finished result, they have transformed the upstairs of my property! After nearly a year of frustration with another blinds company (their solution was not fit for our needs and caused us serious trouble), my wife and I decided to replace our existing cassetted blockout blind solution and we eventually went with London Blind Company.This turned out to be one of the best decisions we have made.Phil, Fabio and the entire team at London Blind Company were very helpful and polite throughout the entire process. One of their best attributes was honesty, as they were fully transparent about what their solution would (and also would not) offer us.The fact that they have a physical showroom was also a big plus, as we could see exactly what we were getting.Everything went as communicated and planned, with the installation happening exactly on the date and time we booked when we purchased the blinds.The installers were really professional and polite and did everything we requested when we placed our order. The senior installer, being a former carpenter, was also able to offer us some invaluable insights about how we could potentially enhance our setup in the future, which was very welcome.Their after-sales service is also great - Phil was again very polite and very quick to assist with a minor issue we had post-installation and the matter was resolved promptly.Based on our entire experience so far, we feel very confident in our purchase and we definitely recommend London Blind Company.

An outstanding business with superb quality products and friendly, helpful staff. I've bought a dozen blinds over a 10 year period and all have lasted the test of time, kids and even gales. The cassette blinds are by far the unsung hero of a good night's sleep and the new 'floating' door blinds have made my cabin luxurious.

Fabulous blinds and customer service. Would highly recommend to friends and family. LOVE my electric vision blinds - very modern and stylish.
