Usually a nice place to get coffee. Staff normally very pleasant. Today however, I wasn't impressed with the customer service..specifically from who I think is the manager/supervisor. I was waiting to be served while he was talking with someone, and everyone else was busy serving the drive-thru. It was clear that I was waiting to be served and whilst I realized he was busy, anyone with good customer service skills would have at least acknowledged my presence and let me know someone would be with me in a minute. Eventually an assistant appeared from through the back and served me. It also took quite a few go's before they got my order right. Disappointing.

Quite a nice Costa, handily quite close to home so we often catch up with our folks for breakfast or a cuppa. Friendly staff and usually plenty of seating space. My wife uses the takeaway fairly regularly and is always happy with that too.

Generally good, every now & then you get a drink that isn't so great. I tend to use the drive through & it's not uncommon for the drink to be spilling out the sides & have to ask for napkins before putting it in the car.

Exceptional service and help had to get an ambulance for my mothering law couldn't of been more helpful great bunch of ladies working there thank you.Sorry two ladies where Exceptionally don't remember there names.Special thanks to the lady that rang the ambulance and stayed chatting with us keeping us updated brilliant x x

Popped in here as in the area but normally use Murraygate branch. Whilst waiting for coffee I overheard a staff member raise a question (and what I thought was a reasonable question) to what appeared to be the manager. The way this male spoke to his staff member was outrageous and if any HR dept heard such wording, I’m sure he would not be there much longer. To speak to anyone that way let alone in earshot of customers is appalling. No member of staff should be spoken to or treated that way, I will certainly not be back to increase your figures which a shame on the staff as they all appeared to be working well.

A brilliant place to chill and have a good coffee. Have a natter and a cake, good parking that you can always find a space, Also free. There's a drive-throw. The staff are very professional and are very quick to make your order so your not waiting for long. Fast service and great coffee, what's not to love

Decent coffee in a busy Costa, staff were efficient and I didn't have to wait too long for service at the counter. Food (lemon curd tart) a sweet treat but not a good quality one - at best it's ok.Will I go again? Yes, a good Americano is what it's about for me, along with efficient and pleasant service, both are delivered in abundance here.

I love this place. The staff are brilliant, warm , welcoming and friendly. And it has to be said extremely efficient. This is my happy place to go. Even when it’s busy I feel peace here ❤️
