We have just moved into our new Orion home which is a high quality build with great features. On moving in everything was immaculate and we enjoyed great personal service throughout the buying process. The completion date was on target and we are delighted with our new home. I have recently purchased a house from Orion and I cannot believe the service I have received from this company from Pati Gracanin who has listened to me constantly worrying about the whole process to Imelda Bateman who has also had to share in my moaning .They have talked me through everything Pati sending me weekly updates on my house which is a lovely touch by the way . Now I've moved in and wow what can I say the attention to detail is unreal I could not be happier with my purchase the site manager Gerry meeting me the week before and showing me my new home what a lovely bloke also his number two Simon who even helped me move some rubbish . I can say in all honesty the service I have received from Orion has been above and beyond what I expected top company who really do go the extra mile .

I've found Orion Homes and all their staff very professional in all that they do, They pay attention to detail and deal with any customer issues promptly and in Good fashion.Second to none serviceCant fault them tbh !Highly Recommended

bad houses got live in sunny dale gardens the house is 5 years old and have that many defects that a old Victorian house is a lot better than this electric faults alarm faults boiler faults and i can carry on its no end to it

Have recently bought my new home from Orion and what can I say other than we have received professional care from day one. From the process of reserving through to now, even after moving in. All the staff are pleasant, helpful and nothing seems too much trouble. We are extremely happy with our house, it's beautiful and all our family are jealous! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Avoid like the plague. We purchased a home in may 2022. Since then we have had to replace a cracked bathroom sink. A damaged kitchen sink, fridge freezer and have had to have aplastic surgeon to repair a cracked bath. Andrew lamb company director had the cheek to say we had caused the damage, but this was due to the fact they didn’t and wouldn’t replace the items. Be careful what you put in kitchen cupboards as the shelves are so cheap they bow. You cannot speak to anyone on site with any problems you have to email customer services. We had door frames and skirtings coming off and was told it was due to shrinkage. They fitted our water tank with a faulty tap which resulted in water coming through ceiling. They are very nice until they have your hard earned money then they don’t want to know. We thought a small house builder would be better than the bigger ones but how wrong we were. When you purchase a £300,000 plus property you expects certain standard of fittings and workmanship not the shoddy work and cheap fittings supplied by Orion homes. Quality house builder, what a joke

AVOID THIS BUILDER !!!!!I can only describe this home builder as incredibly poor on all fronts, we purchased what we were led to believe was a quality family home and with a price tag just short of £500,000 that is what you should expect. The problems started at day 1 and have never been fully addressed we have water running down the walls in the garage, the bathrooms leak water into the downstairs ceiling space, the roofing is poor quality and we have lost tiles and dry verge (these have been replaced and have now come away again) The worst plastering we have ever seen in a new build property. THIS IS NOT UNUSUAL FOR THIS COMPANY we are on an estate of 19 homes and the majority of our lovely neighbours have suffered issues with this builder. We have now been in the house just over 2 years and after many remedial visits we are still suffering major problems. Our previous home was built by Barratt homes and we cannot believe that Orion is so much worse.

Avoid!!!! Shockingly dangerous build practices plus horrible/zero post sales customer care equals a nightmare for any unlucky buyerAbsolute Cowboys, don’t touch with a barge pole!!

If I could I would give 0 stars. When moved in to the property, heating, dishwasher and oven were out of order. It took agency a month! to fix appliances and I had to chase it constantly. They did fix it finally after I said that I will knock it off the rent... Pathetic. Smoke detectors were not working either and we found out by accident. They fixed them (not willingly) as it was some kind of charity, although it's their responsibility to check them for our safety! Then emailed them re furniture. It's been 3 weeks now and still no answer. Just need to chase it all the time. Awful customer service, AVOID if you can.
