Absolutely brilliant, Joel was delightful nothing too much trouble, very flexible with collection times, delivered on time to our camp site, the bikes were great we all (seven) enjoyed the electric bike experience and will definitely use Dorset hire again.

Wonderful service from Joel. We had a late flight at the end of our holiday. Joel was kind enough to drop our bikes off at one location and pick them up somewhere else and look after our luggage! Went beyond the call. Excellent service. Also very quick to return calls and emails. Can’t fault the service we received.

The bikes were delivered to our campsite bang on time..Joel was delightful...we had a great day...and he picked them up later that day...absolutely brilliant service, would highly recommend.

It was brought promptly to the campsite we're staying and return was arranged at a flexible time. So convenient and a great experience!This was a very comfortable electric bike, and i definitely recommend both the bike and this company!
