Paid for a full mini valet, disgusting job, still coffe marks all on the interior and cupholders rubber floors not washed at all, dirty door cills, they just hoo ered never used a wet cloth inside anywhere. was going away so had no time to go back and complain, avoid at all costs

Was only one of two or three cars in process of being cleaned, so well staffed, and received a good clean.You need to do a 'drive by' to check queue and decide if you will get an above average clean. Now upped the basic 'outside' wash to £14.99.Too pricey for me, now.

Luigi's Hand Car Wash
Paid for a gold service but so many parts were missed I re cleaned it myself.2 large patches on the paint that had been missed (a good 3 inch square) by both the wash and dry team. Only went there over an auto wash as I thought no parts would be missed. Will save my money next time and either do the auto wash or take it to a detailer and pay an extra £15 and have it done right.

AVOID!!! They have gone massively downhill over the last few years. £25.99 with various smears over the body and left untouched in both door sills. Unfortunately, several poor washes now forces me not to return. Especially at £26!!!!!!

Luigi's Hand Car Wash
Paid for gold package. Was out the car for literally less than 5 minutes. Looks like all they did was hoover if that… shocking and won’t be going back. Would have confronted employees but as a single woman with her young child and elderly mother felt uncomfortable as so many male workers.

£13.99 for a car wash that I pay £6.00 for ??? thank god this was part of my business expenses otherwise i'd be bankrupt. This place might be near London but it certainly isn't in London so why figure they can charge London prices? In London I pay £15 for a mini valet like in most parts of the country, so how an outside wash can cost so much is beyond me. Also noted all the bug splatter was not washed off the front of my vehicle bumper. If I'm in the area again I'll go elsewhere.

Very poor standard of cleaning. I Asked and paid for Having my car cleaned inside and out. Windows were left all smudged inside and dirt patches throughout outside. Luigi, your staff need to pay more attention to detail When cleaning cars instead of just Quickly getting onto the next car to cash in on.

Very average for the price you pay. I can kind of expect to not get the best of services from a car wash, especially when its busy. I was the only person there and it was a very shoddy half hearted job. Also considerably more expensive that the other options available. Will not be returning.

In a word... 'Terrible'.Small car price now £14 and they don't spend half as much time cleaning it as they used to. I'm not sure if it has different owners or they are on holiday, but I didn't recognise any of the staff. They probably have a large turnover of staff doing this kind of work anyway.There are quite a few of these businesses around, so you assume they would be more competitive and try harder to keep their regular customers and not driving them away.I shan't be going back there anyway.....Tried to post with no stars but it won't let me, so begrudgingly 1 star (but doesn't deserve it).

Luigi's Hand Car Wash
Once your in the queue it’s hard to get out, poor quality and surly service, they up sell and tell you the car is so dirty it won’t be clean with a basic gold service and then you have to have the mini valet at £36.99. Like a fool I accepted and paid this but so t be going back again as there are far better value for money car wash cleaners close by.
