Ordered Toros signature stake. The quality and quantity of the stake wasn't up to the standard despite the fact the food wasn't inexpensive. The side dishes contained imbalanced amount of spice making pri pri chips into tangy chutney. Moreover the temperature of the restaurant was cold. Customer service skills were poorly having only one waiter serving. They were not bothered to ask if we did enjoy the food or services.We couldn't have the food due to poor standard but we still paid the full amount billed to £45. With regrets we will never be going back again.

This place is a fast food restaurant opened by Asians. Service is non-existent as waiters as they just never look at the customers although there are 4 of them and everyone is madly waving at them. Prices range from £16 - £22 for steak including 2 sides selections. Disappointed that the chips were made from cheap frozen box chips. At those prices, they should be made from fresh potatoes. Accompanies veg is hardly existent. Not happy with my steak as I specified Ribeye on my order but was suspiciously given a mixture of different chunky slices to which I complained. As a new establishment, you should have better management in food quality and service.

It’s good for kids because they don’t complain on how dry the steak is. My child was suffering from chronic constipation after a meal from here. Why are your steaks cold and hard? Don’t recommend this and make sure u ask for fresh steak they usually use the microwave.

Terrible food an service! lamb starter was bloody an bright pink when ordered medium/well done, steak main witch was recommended I ordered well done it come pink it was fatty bouncy an had a HAIR on it, also lamb chops main was ordered medium/ well done and was still bloody. The manager was useless tried to justify there vile food by saying there’s always blood near to the bone when you could clearly see that it wasn’t cooked and said the chef is bald therefore there couldn’t be a hair in my food that was in front of him then told me there wasn’t anything he could do absolute joke

Went for a family birthday meal and everything was spot on. The food and the atmosphere was amazing. All our orders came and were correct to say there were 11 of us. The manager and the waiters were really attentive and made us feel comfortable. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Good quality steaks but the prices are very high as a steak meal with two sides starts from 14 pounds and can be as high as 25 pounds. The chips are decent and the pasta is not very good although it has excellent customer service and short wait times.

I was a tad disappointed. I was really looking forward to eating here. The cuts of steak were very fatty and not the best cuts. The food lacked depth of taste. The chicken goujons looked nothing like they should do.Waiters were polite and attentative. The establishment was nice and clean.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The food was bland, the lamb chops we're very under cooked. I don't think this place knows what salt is. The cutlery was dirty and my husbands drink had something in it. Terrible expensive food!

I have been here twice now and not planning on going back there again. Pasta was tasteless and both occasion asked for spicy chicken fillet and was no where near spicy.Management over there is awful you got bunch of teenagers working there. Strongly recommend them to get some food lessons from Birmingham and Leicester branch as there food meets no where near to theres. Disappointed as thats the only halal steak house in Sheffield and it's not even good.
