Killer Ink Tattoo

Monica in customer services was so helpful and lovely. I ordered a chair and some other bits through killer ink and I'm happy with the service I was provided with. First time using them!

Purchased a second Cheyenne grip 5 months ago which has become very stiff and unable to use already. Sent the grip off to killer ink for ‘repair’, they didn’t get in contact with me until almost 2/3 weeks after the the collection to ask me if I wanted to spend £140 to repair the product that costs £150 to purchase a new one. Obviously, I declined this offer and asked for them to send my product back. Just a heads up, if you have this grip it can be fixed with some WD40 and left over night, thoroughly clean and it will be like new; I’m not sure what they are charging £140 for. After asking to have the product sent back, I have now waited over 6 weeks and STILL have no idea when it will be sent back as killer ink can not clarify the return date. I have had to call up every week for an update as they claim they will contact you but never actually do. They also DID NOT inform me that the repair process (regardless if you get it repaired or not) can take from 6-12weeks before I sent off the grip. Poor communication, poor product quality, poor repair service and poor customer care. Time to swap to barber DTS.

I've had issues with the machines I have ordered, luckily everytime I phoned in I was put through to the lovely Sam who has made sure I was taken care of and my issues where resolved swiftly.

One of the item was opened and get leaked.Looks like used idem.Contacted costumer services, but looks like no ones care about this.Never gonna order again, gonna choose “Barber DTS”

This is a brilliant website.I ordered a tattoo kit and a second machine too.A black widow 2... And the equipment is of really good quality and its very reasonably priced too.The company also sells a wide variety of other tattoo products including inks, needles,machines and everything else for any artist.

If i could i would vote 0, ordered 200euro worth of items at 23 still didint get the package, i wanted refund they dont replying what is. Shame.

*EDIT* Since leaving this review, Killer ink commented saying someone would be in touch - but they didnt. It was 48 hours later when I emailed them again myself, that they actually rang me. Kyle in sales apologised for the situation and as a gesture of good will offered me a voucher. Very much appreciated, but too many issues within a week, and unfortunately I won't use Killer Ink again. Kyles phone call took this review from a 1* to a 2*.Really bad service. Do not recommend and I will not be using again.Spent almost £1500 for my first order with them, bought a new machine and some supplies.Next delivery, fab. But they sent me a used, faulty machine.I've had to wait a week for them to arrange a replacement, waiting for it to be collected by the courier and received back to them and checked before they would dispatch a new one.After a week, they tell me the machine I wanted is now out of stock - brilliant, someone with common sense would have put one aside, but it doesn't seem anyone working here has any of that.They offered me a different colour, but I declined and asked for the 4.0 instead of the 4.5. All sorted and dispatched that day (7 days after original order).They've sent the wrong machine.......Called again to try and sort replacement and guess what - the 4.0 is now out of stock. Absolute joke.Customer service seemingly don't care. No sense of urgency. Complete lack of care or willingness to try and get it sorted.My choices are now to stick with a machine that I don't like and didn't order, or... what? Wait until they get them back in stock? Who knows how long that will be.I do not trust this company.

All staff is very friendly and welcoming, definitely will go back. Highly recommended.

The package is correct.I was surprised Courier did not call and set an appointment while I was not in the apartment during delivery hours. Since UPC requires signature the box was left in a local shop near by.

Do not use this company. They supplied an ink that was the wrong colour match and every step of the process since has been a nightmare. There is no consistency with their exchange/refund/customer service/notes on system. Their sales team all work remotely and don't seem to have access to previous notes. I was told my emails were not being received even though auto replies were returning to me! They finally agreed to send DPD to collect the ink, which was left in a safe space with a photo. DPD are now saying there was no parcel to collect. Killer ink are not responding to my calls or emails. I am now £45 at a loss, with no ink, no replacement and have lost a PMU booking as a result. Please go elsewhere.
