Holly House Veterinary Clinic

The vet was very gentle with my cat and provided a lovely, calm environment for her (she can be very anxious at the vets!). My experience with Holly House has always been an extremely positive one, all the staff I have met are kind, professional and very patient! Thank you!

I needed an emergency appointment for my whites tree frog Beans and the clinic was so helpful, very friendly and got me an appointment straight away and I was in and out within half an hour. The exotic pet nurse was so good with Beans and made us feel very at ease when we were worried. We are now registered here and feel at ease we have somewhere so helpful so close to us.

I required an emergency appointment for my gorgeous but very poorly cat. They were the only emergency vets around when we needed one.My boy had to be put down but I was so impressed by the staff's kindness, efficiency, communication and knowledge and understanding that I have now registered my two new furbabies with them and taken the pet care plan.Thank you so much to vets Jenny and Emma for giving my boy such good quality care. You were there when he needed you and all your staff were there for me too.Excellent, bright clean, well equipped facility. I definitely recomend.

I have used many different vets over the previous 40 years,some good,some very poor, Unfortunately our 14 yr old GSD Roxy passed away at home last sunday night,At 8 am next day we took her to Holly house vets, Moorallerton centre.Myself and my daughter were obviously upset but the staff there were tremendous,patient and very understanding especially Kieran and Abi (Vet nurses i believe),they lifted Roxy out of our car with the utmost care and consideration,they are a credit to Holly house and the veterinary business.Every care was taken to help us through the process even said no payment until the surgery contacts us after the greiving process.best vets i have used in 40 years .

We have used Holly House for many years with our cats through various issues and sad events too. They have always been caring and responsive and clear about costs and options. I feel they care about the animals they treat.

I've been with Holly House coming up on 6 months. I was quite nervous joining them. My kitten is my first pet and they're my first vet and I had some things to learn but they're always helpful, always friendly, always informative but never pushy and they took wonderful care of her when she was spayed. It was only our first visit but we were really impressed. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. All the treatment, options and prices were explained well. Even the registration process was good. Our vet was great with our cat too

I’ve got two African Pygmy Hedgehogs, one of which has been quite sick. Honestly I’m so happy I found them because they’ve listened to my concerns and helped me and at no point did they make me feel like what I thought was not valid. They continually give me options and different routes to go down which is brilliant for me financially. Even if you don’t have an exotic pet I’d massively recommend taking your fur baby to Holly House

Can’t praise enough . I brought my kitten Luna in for her first vaccinations and health check. Unfortunately she was very nervous and had a poonami explosion and the staff were so kind and took her in back and bathed her for me and wrapped her in towel . So kind and went above and beyond . Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I was recommended Holly House Vets by a friend who used them for all her dogs. When I got my puppy, now dog I decided to go with Holly House. I have always had a good experience from day one and the most important thing they are excellent with my fur baby. The service is good and cannot fault anything.
